My Mother bought a Camper From This Place Used .it Has Had Some Many Problems and They Don't want To Fix Them. .They Told My Mother You Knew It Was Used .they Won't Stand Behind There Product.So Cautions She Has Sank Money over and over In This Camper .

Your just not going to get the same great service anywhere else. They have been doing it for years and want to make it work for you. If you can fix is cheaper or work to make you a deal they will.

We took our trailer here to be winterized and it saved our relationship! This was our first winterizing with our new rv. Low and behold the pump wouldn t siphon! The tech predicts the valve was installed backwards but we they the job done by another method. We would never have figured out about the valve on our own....yikes, I hate to think how our frustration could have gotten heated. Everyone was so nice about letting us watch so we could so it on our own next time, too! Photos show supplies in case you re in a bind; mostly for emergencies.

My husband and I were travelling from NC to CO in our motor coach to visit our son over Spring Break. Just outside of Paducah, KY discovered auxiliary battery was not charging resulting in inability of generator to start. Quick Google search brought up New World RV, and we pulled in just under the wire at closing time. Owner, Neal Scott, very friendly and accommodating. Allowed us to plug in and stay overnight there. Next morning Neal assessed the problem, replaced the bad part, and got us back on the road to continue our trek west. Vacation saver! Highly recommend New World RV!

Rude, and very intolerable people. They had the nerve to call a decorated war veteran a liar. I would not recommend doing business with these individuals ever.

Was supposed to open at 10 on Saturday but no one showed up.
We had been at Trader's Mall and drove past, I did not think to look for a website... But, a note on the door would have been great!

Bought our 4th rv from New World. The staff was wonderful to talk with and deal with. Just had service done and have never had better service from any other dealer. Highly, highly, highly recommend if you are buying or need service on an rv, this is the dealer to go to.

I didn't personally buy a trailer at New World but a great family owns the business. Sells Gulfstream, Keystone and Nobo trailers.

Nick was incredibly informative & honest. I highly recommend this family owned company for all your RV needs.

My husband and I purchased a camper from them in late August. We were told it would be a week before we could get it because they wanted to go thru it and make sure everything worked and was good. We didn't need a walk thru because we had owned campers before but apparently we should have. The shower didn't work, neither did the heat. We have spent approximately $500 fixing items that should have been fixed prior to us picking it up. The inside definitely had not been cleaned prior to us picking it up either, as we found items left over from the previous owners. We feel let down for the money we paid. Although we are glad that we have the camper, we sincerely wish we had kept looking even if it meant not getting one this year. Maybe it was a fluke that our camper seemed to have slipped thru the cracks, but it was enough that it left a bad taste in our mouths and I don't think I could recommend this place to anyone. Others may have better experiences with them and that is great, I would hope that is the case. We just didn't have a good experience.

We called them for a simple patch cord for a new air conditioner we bought on line.....they refused to help, wouldn't even answer if they had the part we needed. Quote: "Order what you need online, coz we wouldn't make a nickel on it." Unbelievable! They are Truly in this for the money, not a potential life long customer. UPDATE: ALL WE NEEDED WAS THE PATCH CORD, THERMOSTAT WORKS FINE. WE HAVE NICE COOL AIR NOW!

We broke down a few miles from New World RV. We limped the trailer back to their yard and from the moment we pulled in we were treated like family. Stuart, Neil, Kevin and the rest of the Gang took outstanding care of us while we waited for parts and repair the trailer. This is a top-notch dealership and Service Center and we hope to do business with them again under different circumstances.

We had a wonderful experience here getting our fifth wheel bearings repacked and inspected. It s a chore and then fit us in with excellent and fast service. We were in the middle of a road trip and they did the work in just a couple hours, so we could keep traveling. We ve been full timers for 4 years and have had our share of shady RV service. New World RV, with Kevin and Nick, is certainly not that. They are open, honest, polite, and super helpful. I wish all RV dealers and service centers were run like this!

We had a slide out malfunction. They got us in the next day, diagnosed the problem and got us on the road again. Reasonable price for the time spent. Nice ppl.

We were visiting friends over Labor Day weekend at the start of our month long RV trip and we lost our electric (NO air and I was Hot) there was actually an electric fire! Went to New World, and very glad we did! Neil quickly found the problem! They went the extra mile (actually 35 miles to get the right part!) And fixed the problem with enough time left in the day for us to go sailing with our friends on beautiful Kentucky Lake. We have been travelling ever since with no problems. Use these guys, they di great work and at a very reasonable price! We are happy campers Thanks to Neil and his crew! !

We didn't have an appointment because we were just driving through town but New World RV was able to squeeze us in and we greatly appreciated their help! Stewart and his team treated us like friends right from the start, were genuinely kind, extremely professional and had us fixed up back on the road in a flash! If we lived in town this would be the only place we would go for service or a new RV because of how trustworthy and personable everyone was. I'd highly recommend them! We wished we lived closer so we could always go to New World RV! Conveniently located right off the highway too!

Called and spoke with someone, who wouldn't give me his name, It sounded like an older gentleman. Anyways, I could not believe how short- tempered this man was! The level of disrespect was egregious! Dont patronage with establishment of you want to be treated with respect! Learn how to treat ALL customers with civility and decorum.

Great people, very accomodating, they were the only one s that would do the warranty work on my Thor RV even though I didn t buy it there after calling 6 different dealers much closer to me. Thanks New World.I will definately be back when I upgrade.
