The departments are DEA intensive care and emergency surgery. Professionalism at the highest levels, humanity, medical and paramedical staff prepared and available. Crash collection service. I book online at 8:25. I arrive at the facility, I register for the totem, I am assigned a number and with that, very quickly, I am called to make the acceptance. The drama comes later: from 8.40am I spent a good 1 hour and 20 minutes before being called, forced among other things to follow a board of crazy numbers because a random but increasing order is not respected. Withdrawal done in a hurry with a plaster put on the arm that after two seconds had already come off. I don't pretend to be called after 2 seconds but maybe 20 minutes are too many, let alone 1 hour and 20 minutes. I also wonder: what sense does it make a pre-registration with a lot of time if you can't manage to respect the times ??? Furthermore the answers of the analysis (normal venipuncture, nothing of that) are given after more than 10 days. In conclusion ... painful service, slow and disorganized.

That is the University institute that welcomes a vast group of students, specialists and researchers from the Capital. I visited the hospital for serious family reasons and I made an excellent judgment of this hospital because it is very clean and well maintained. I requested information from the staff and this, on several occasions, was courteous competent, polite and helpful.

Operation of the carpal tunnel of my mother-in-law.
On February 7th, u.s. my mother-in-law makes a specialist visit to the hospital, the diagnostic doctor of carpal tunnel syndrome. We must operate with the utmost urgency; the functionality of the hand is seriously compromised.
Leaving the primary room, we go to the hospital CUP to book. After a 40 minute row, they inform us that:

We would have to go back to the desk of the department where we made the visit (to understand: the desk in the waiting room, a sort of "internal" CUP and more specific).
With discreet but tolerable rarity, the operator of the general CUP makes us a HUGE FAVOR, see a table to understand when the doctor assigned to my mother-in-law was on duty. Then he fixes the speech at 7:00 am on February 27th.
On February 27th, we present ourselves at the surgery department. After 20 minutes in the waiting room, they call my mother-in-law. They take the documentation, measure the pressure, and only around 7:30 am they realize that the professor who was supposed to do it that day was not on duty. The medical staff of the surgery department apologized several times for the incident, declaring - textual words - that "at the CUP these errors often happen" and that we should "make a slaughter".
We go to the CUP without any intention to "make a slaughter", we approach discreetly at the desk of an employee. We apologize to the person who is currently making a reservation, we explain the facts in two words asking NOT to skip the line, but which button of the automatic numerator we had to press to book a new date (the previous time, we had indicated the letter I. For a change, we did not know which to choose).
The clerk says not to take any tickets. Once the practice in progress was finished, it would have been our turn.

I entered treatment in this hospital in November 2016, for sleep disorders, psychiatry department. This polyclinic that is said to specialize in sleep disorders is not, or at least as far as my experience is concerned. In 4 months of treatment, no investigations were made on the matter; electroencephalogram analysis etc. only after insisting on home polysomnography, the one in the hospital was denied to me (it is used at home only for non-neuropsychiatric apnea problems like mine) ... obviously the result did not come suffering from insomnia . The moral of the story I had come to weigh 45 kg I no longer had the cycle and I was panting just to walk ... I was about to put the pens back on ... I had understood what I had and they still didn't. Luckily I went to Sant Andrea where they took me "by the hair". In one day two neurologists and a psychiatrist saw me ... they prescribed me analyzes and checks to do, they diagnosed me with the kind of disorder (of which I already had an idea by now) and now I'm better .... a whole other story. A tor vergata they filled me with random medicines, aggravating the situation even more.
