I'm not an employee of FMG but recently had a van ...

I'm not an employee of FMG but recently had a van crash into the back of my car. FMG organised the recovery/assessment and a hire car while the car was assessed. It transpired that the cost of repair was double the total-loss cost so FMG gave a reasonable settlement, paid up within 24 hours of agreeing. They answered all of my questions and were patient with me. Special thanks to Dan who did the initial organising and Charlotte in the Total Loss Dept who was very understanding and professional. Other reviewers here have criticised - I have no staff criticisms - all were very polite and patient. If I have one criticism, it sometimes took 15mins to call-connect to an assistant.

Had an accident and this company called me from a withheld number and tried to pressure me Into having them fix my car, the claimed to be calling for the other parties insurance which was an outright lie.they didn t do any of the data protection act at all and got shirty on the phone when I said I didn t want to use them

What a disgusting experience with this company. My car was crashed by one of Amlin insurance's drivers reversing back into my parked car on the on 1st of April pushing my car far away out of the parking bays and they admitted their responsibility to repair my car with the broken front rege number and the dashboard lights. FMG acted on their behalf, calling and convinced me to do it with them without making claims through my insurance.
My car was collected and fixed by their garage and returned after a week but 3 days after the airbag fault lights comes on and its been more than a month since I first reported to them, after more than 10 phone calls to their garage and their claim and complain team still nothing just keep lying and wasting time untill finally informed its not related to the incident (perhaps its act of god) a car with airbag fault after an accident and you sneaking your responsibilit.

If this company ring you and say we want to fix your vehicle for free and give you a hire car. DO not for a minute believe them they are a bunch of crooks and liars ? They did just this to me and conned me into closing a claim so they could hide details of the third party who crashed and seriously injured me. They say they are an accident management company and pretend to treat it seriously only to later lie and decieve people.. I have 4 recorded conversations with there staff all the way to management level that have deliberately lied and cheated me... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED DONT BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY.

I was driving on m69 on 9 octomber with a hyundai ...

I was driving on m69 on 9 octomber with a hyundai coupe 2.0 and my car was taken by this company.
When i see my car pictures on my e-mail....i can't belive it how it looks......
The car was crashed in front by the driver when he try to move backward and was pushed on the second line road. The highway have 6 bands, 3 on each way and i know, nobody stop to crash my vehicle.
They say they found it crushed on the road.but is imposible to by crash in the front when the car was on the right way and the highway have 3 bands.
Just i was missing 1 hour to go to get some petrol.
When i come back i didn't found it.
They said they find it crushed but i know sure the driver was move backward and smash my car.
I was need to WALK 40 MILES IN TOTAL THIS NIGHT.
they need to fix my car, i will report this and i will win because my car doesn't have any problem when was parcked.Just i doesn't have gas...

Took 3.5 hours to recover our vehicle. Then told u...

Took 3.5 hours to recover our vehicle. Then told us that they couldn't take us home even though they were meant to. Left us in the cold for the sake of a 15 minute journey that they were meant to undertake. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

The worst company I have dealt with. Unfortunately I had no choice but to use them. I had to hire a vehicle after my accident, in which I returned the vehicle in the same condition it was given (only had the car for around a week). FMG More

Today FMG collected me and my vehicle from my home...

Today FMG collected me and my vehicle from my home address. Sent me a txt promising a courtesy car would be available. They drove me 17 miles to the repair agent who did not have a courtesy car and left me stranded there for four hours. I had to book the day off work at short notice. They have advised me the complaint will be looked into but I think this deserves more than an apology.

Sadly, I was forced to use this inept company due to it being the chosen provider. My car was unattended and got hit in a car park, the TP owned up, admitted liability and his insurance company (Admiral) offered to take care of everything. These idiots refused to allow that to happen, got the car repaired by the worst back street garage and never claimed the uninsured losses... so it went against my driving record. Beyond useless, and almost impossible to get through to on the phone.

Worked at this business for a very long time - ove...

Worked at this business for a very long time - over 10 years! Whilst owned by Nick Brown it was amazing but I wouldn t recommend it as a good place to work now. The management aren t good now, they form cliques with other staff and members and discuss your personal matters with them outside of work. Definitely no confidentiality from the management currently in charge there. Numerous staff members have been off with stress and no duty of care from the management. I could have built a career there but I now see FMG as one of the worst places I have worked.
