I'm not an employee of FMG but recently had a van crash into the back of my car. FMG organised the recovery/assessment and a hire car while the car was assessed. It transpired that the cost of repair was double the total-loss cost so FMG gave a reasonable settlement, paid up within 24 hours of agreeing. They answered all of my questions and were patient with me. Special thanks to Dan who did the initial organising and Charlotte in the Total Loss Dept who was very understanding and professional. Other reviewers here have criticised - I have no staff criticisms - all were very polite and patient. If I have one criticism, it sometimes took 15mins to call-connect to an assistant.
