Sal and his team did a great job. This is the second roof project I have worked with them on and in both cases the job was done well. He has a large crew that comes in and works hard to get the job done in a short time which is nice. I had a couple of follow up items that were taken care of very quickly with no issues. I was very satisfied with the workmanship and value.

Northside is one great company! The original roof was installed by another company who didn't do a very good job. Since then, I have needed quite a few repairs to fix problems from the original roofing job and also some wind damage. Northside Roofing made themselves immediately available to make the necessary repairs when I needed them. I appreciate that! Today, I had another request to fix a shingle that looked like it had come off. Sal made a special trip to review the problem for me and fixed it without charging me. That is appreciated and goes to show you that they are all about customer service! I would highly recommend Northside Roofing to anyone who asks me.

Roof looks good and was finished on schedule. I found debris, old shingles and nails clogging my gutters later. I was told someone would come and clean this up and that has not happened.

Josh W. and his crew did a complete tear-off and installation of a new roof. They made the necessary repairs to damaged decking and installed some additional flashing in previously troublesome areas that were prone to ice damming issues. We've been very happy with all the work performed by Northside. We've had a roof, windows and a siding job completed with complete satisfaction. It was suggested that we replace sheeting due to delamination which we decided to do. The workers and salesman were very open and honest as to what would ensure the best results and we decided that the extra money would be well worth it. Northside just installed new siding and gutters on our 1970s era home. Bryan and his team were excellent -- especially, Morgan, their siding specialist. The job was completed in a timely manner using quality material and on budget. There were no surprises. These guys are hard workers and know their stuff. We will definitely be calling them again in the future and recommend them without hesitation.
Bryan and his crew are AMAZING. I had two trees fall through the roof of my house. Two days later, Bryan was at the house taking a look. Later that day I had an estimate that was VERY close to the insurance adjustment. There was a snow storm this past weekend (Jan19-20). Bryan made sure to have his crew come out and rip and replace the entire roof. They showed up at 8:30a and were gone by 3pm. Fast, efficient, and friendly crew. I just wish It didn't happen in the dead of winter, as I know his crew was cold.

I own some rental properties and Northside is who I now call for roofing, vinyl siding, etc. They were recommended to me for a roof replacement, and I was impressed by the project manager, the installers, and the quality of the materials and installation. So I recently used them again when I needed a siding job done, and had the same pleasant experience.
The people I've dealt with at Northside have been very nice and easy to work with, knowledgeable and upfront, responsive, and quality-focused. I keep my go-to contractor list very small, and Northside is definitely on that short list.
My roof was leaking.They replaced my roof and it leaked worse than ever. They wanted $2,000 more to stop the leaks. Fortunately, I called another contractor and they found over 250 square feet of rotted sheathing that was under the old tar paper Northside never bothered to replace as they should have.
This company is not what it used to be. BEWARE - save your money!
Bryan & team did an excellent job. They were quick to respond to my estimate inquiry. Completed the job in 1 day despite cooler weather. New roof looks great. Cleanup was excellent. You would not know that the crew was here and did a complete tear-off and new installation.

An amazing experience from the beginning when our salesperson Bryan came out and actually sat with us. He had a picture of the house so we could see different options. When he gave us an estimate everything was broken down so we knew exactly what we were paying for. He said it would take about 2 weeks to side it and that s what it took. They came out promptly and gave us an estimate for the repair we needed. They then came and fixed the problem. They did a great job.
Sal and Marshall misrepresent the work they are going to do. They use subcontractors who are not happy working for Northside and tell you about it. My roof leaked worse than ever after they were done. They actually using nails sticking out of the new roof so that they would stay over the rotten sheathing they were supposed to replace.
They are a total rip off. There are lots of better, more responsible roofers.

After much damage to our roof from the wind storms earlier this year, we needed a new roof. We called a couple of other companies for estimates and then a friend referred Northside. I knew I was going to hire Northside with 5 minutes of meeting Sal. He told me I could get a few more years out of my current roof and that there was no rush to replace it. His honesty impressed me. He answered all of my questions and provided a very detailed estimate. I decided to replace the roof this year anyway. The crew was great. They were on time everyday and very careful with my property. The foreman Ron gave me daily updates and made sure the project moved along exactly as Sal had explained. The roof looks GREAT. I get tons of compliments. I have recommended Northside to several people. They are currently putting a new roof on my sisters house. I can't say enough about the staff and the quality of work. **Update** I have been going up to my attic about once a week and the issue with snow in my attic has seems to be resolved. I will continue to watch for the whole winter to ensure I didn't miss anything. Bryan is a stand up guy that helped deal with the issues from the original roof replacement done in 2013. He came, he listened, and he helped. Before he came out to my house I had major issues from the original job, but he followed through and made sure the issues were corrected. So even though I was/am not happy with the original work that was done, I am glad to say that it is fixed. Thank you to Bryan for doing what needed to be done. So I give the original job 1 star, but Bryan's follow up work earned back 3 more.

We had sided our house with premium insulated siding afew years ago and were told it was now obsolete!
