The agent that supported me during a home purchase was knowledgeable and answered my questions frankly, and displayed a lot of experience in the area (his hunches and insights were very close to reality). Availability was also very good - if the main agent supporting me wasn't available, they arranged with someone else from Flyhomes to accompany a visit or reply to email. Just used Flyhomes to purchase our home in Kirkland, had a great, great experience. Made our first home purchase relatively painless. The only thing I would advise for people considering using Flyhomes is that if you choose to use their cash offer program, you will essentially be doing a refinance after closing. I found that refinance mortgage rates were higher and harder to get rates for than purchase rates, so that was the only thing that was meh. But they also support doing 'traditional' non-cash offers, so that would not come into play in that case. In any case being able to make a cash offer and get the house we wanted was definitely worth that trade-off.
