We had a wonderful experience working with Iris and would highly recommend her. We have bought and sold houses in the past and have worked with other agents, and she is the best to work with.

We also like the entire supporting team -- they are very responsive to our questions or tour requests. The field agent team has a large pool of agents with different preferences: some went through everything thoroughly, others won t speak much, and we really enjoyed talking to some of them. I think as an improvement, it would be great to fit the type of agents to different types of clients, and have a way for clients to select preferred field agents.
