Just used Flyhomes to purchase our home in Kirkland, had a great, great experience. Made our first home purchase relatively painless. The only thing I would advise for people considering using Flyhomes is that if you choose to use their cash offer program, you will essentially be doing a refinance after closing. I found that refinance mortgage rates were higher and harder to get rates for than purchase rates, so that was the only thing that was meh. But they also support doing 'traditional' non-cash offers, so that would not come into play in that case. In any case being able to make a cash offer and get the house we wanted was definitely worth that trade-off.
