Well connected place , well maintained and perfect place place all kind of fairs . I visited this place many times and irrespective of huge crowed , I got parking place and I don't have to walk alot to enter main fair ground . Just carry cash whenever you visiting this place for parking and stalls.

So much fun, even if you aren't a fan of the rides. Plenty of places to get out of the sun. Good choices of fair food, new and the usual. Great place to walk around and listen to music.

Fun.

Whenever they have an event at this property you should check it out. Great lighting, parking lots galore. Seemed like they have a great relationship with local traffic control and as for safety....police were every where. Great event.

Loved the livestock section, the pig races and Cracker Country...which had an excellent group performing known as Southern Express. Seen them a couple of years ago and they're still fantastic. Lots of food choices but Bubbaque's of worth a try. The brisket had no fat and portion was very generous. 2 sided came with it. We both had mac and cheese and baked beans. They have several locations and I promise you, it's worth the drive and you won't be disappointed.

Always have a great time at the fair. Lucky to live in Tampa so it's only 20 minutes away. Great showcase of Florida culture, old and new. Don't miss the Clydesdale horses. Also many more animals to see. Of course you must hit the midway for food, shows, rides, and games of chance. Expo center has vendors selling everything you can imagine. Highly recommend.. Take the whole family. Something for everyone.

I've been to two high school graduations here, two horse shows, and of course many annual state fairs & concerts over the years. The grounds are large, and parking is plentiful from several different entrances. It's mostly unpaved, which makes wearing dressier shoes awkward for special events like graduations. Bathrooms in the Expo Hall & Special Event Center are clean & usually well-stocked, but there's often an attendant handing you a paper towel & expecting a tip (definitely during the State Fair). Both of these main buildings are older, poorly lit, & noticeably dated. In spite of my tinnitus, I don't think the sound is very good, either. But the facilities are large & climate-controlled, usually offering reasonable event admission fees, if any (graduations are notably free with only a parking fee).

Cracker Country also on property is fascinating & well-maintained. While it's a State Fair staple, I think it's open year-round. It's very historical & informative.

Visited during the Florida RV Super Show. Long lines at both entrance gate had many attendees complaining. Working staff, at the gate, remained plesent with the crowds inspite of the situation. Appears there is a need for more entrance gates.
RV show felt unorganized. Suppliers mixed in with insurance companies, maintance supplies, to cooking shows. This made it difficult to find what you where looking for; therefore, gave up, bought nothing and went home.

Not what it's cracked up to be. Went for the dock diving and after a cash only fiasco trying to park we paid admission for the dog show that we did not want to see only to walk out back and find out the dick diving was sold out and would be a three hour wait to let our dog participate. And the Fair itself is terrible.
