My experience with florein is that when getting a high indication for domestic help, they offer as little as possible. You have to work very hard to get all tasks accomplished if an invader comes. People nowadays say they work in tasks instead of in time. The help, however, enters your house with a certain time frame so yes, after those 3 hours they have to leave again. I'm glad I left. Worked there for 2 years, 11 regular clients a week 24 hours a week. Then came the corona and they had to give me a permanent contract by law in May. Never received a complaint from me, always neatly done my work, consulted at every work, all training followed and when push comes to shove your contract will not be extended. But the reason was not the corona, but the care manager and I were totally different. I knew too much, saw too much and didn't keep my mouth shut.
