Unfortunately, I had the experience that the staff have reacted very rude and xenophobic against me and other customers. Customers who did not speak German well were shamelessly and loudly answered. One employee even shouted at the customer, although the mistake was with her. Also, smaller children who were a bit louder were acted outrageous and ruthless and some showed themselves uncomprehending.
