Boring place. Substantial at the price. Wellness nice for an hour or 2, 3 but not worth the price

Beautiful hotel, only the location near the highway did not suit us, but luckily you do not notice it in the hotel itself.

Staff is very friendly, breakfast and dinner are well provided

Friendly welcome and staff, spacious and tidy room with practical amenities, well-kept and tasty menu and breakfast, plenty of (free) parking. Nothing to criticize, everything was to your liking!

Nice, spacious and clean hotel with good services a short distance from Breda, Rozendaal and Bergen op zoom. Good to combine with a social deal.

Friendly staff, delicious breakfast, clean room and bathroom. Quickly accessible from the motorway. Price a little too high for this quality; everything was good but nothing special. Electricity supply at the head of the bed / bedside table is missing. It was too hot in the room and the air conditioning was a separate standing unit.

Staff is very welcoming. Only the rooms are a bit too small.

Sauna area is small you have a 70 degree and 90 degree sauna and a steam bath if it works is more for hotel guests

Place is pleasant, coffe maker is in room that's great. Free WiFi, TV,warm ketler. Cleaning staff every Day. But without air condition. Recomed it all people

Location great base for cycling trips and super staff ... but not worth 4 stars in our case. Fire holes in furniture .. damage in the bath (is a behavioral issue), but is what you see as a guest. Room was really TO warm. It was a lot cooler in the hallway. In short, price / quality ratio compared to other 4-star hotels visited by us is unfortunately not correct. Not worth 4 stars in our case. Beautiful entrance and super friendly staff but what you see as a guest is the dirty plaster in the elevator that stays there while the decoration is super neat below and the lack of climat control is n tip.

The appearance of the hotel is good. It has a nice lobby and surroundings. But rooms look quite outdated with cheap bathroom supplies. It looks no better than 60 eur bed and breakfast. And that is exactly how much I would pay for these rooms. However, I had to pay about twice that amount (115). It gets one star for offering a decent breakfast. This is a highly overpriced hotel for the amenities it offers in it's location/city.

We stayed here with some of our other friends for a night and their views were quite similar.

Quiet and good hotel. Breakfast is neatly arranged. Restaurant is reasonable.

Very dramatic this wellness must be naked and you have to pay for it 17.50 and no pool nothing very badly informed on expedia ... now we want our money back and we do not get that dramatic I would definitely not go to this hotel pure scam.

We had booked with Travel Bird but the reservation did not arrive here. Nothing no wellness or good food ... and looking for other hotel.jammer.

Been here a few weeks ago for an overnight stay. There was no room with a bath and as a disabled person I really need a bath. This gave us a free upgrade to a suite. Beautifully done. Nice hotel and friendly service especially in the wellness.

Nothing special. Just basic ok ... nothing else to say about it. Thermal complex was just basic ok ... but have seen much nicer. Service standard. No wow experience. Too expensive for what it was.

It was a wonderful Easter brunch. The full package. From carpaccio to egg.

Rooms are a bit 'dingy', not clean / bit dirty, dated. Inexpensive toilet paper hang ... staff at reception / bar are clearly insufficiently trained and are there for their side job.

There are better hotels in the area than these for the prices offered.

Swimming pool is not included and allowed from 12 years (belongs to wellness).

outside hui inside, in the rooms already very worn and not up to date. No socket next to the bed ... if you turn on the light in the room, it gets dark, carpeting in the room but I slept great and the hotel is very conveniently located. From my point of view, 3 stars are a reasonable rating for this hotel.

Nice hotel with a wonderful wellness and massages. The staff is not that friendly. Unfortunately they have adjusted their menu, before you could eat much better.
I definitely recommend the hotel but when you check out there is always a lot of costs due to the wellness and that is more than you would expect.
The rooms are fine but it does not represent much.

Nice hotel with lots of parking. Friendly staff. Large, clean room. Strange that this hotel has no air conditioning. Room was also not ready for new customers (cleaned, but no towels or spoons for coffee). Still recommended.

We stay here for a few weeks for work with our installation crew. The hotel is a short distance from the job, which is why the choice fell on this. Nice big rooms but with a lot of flaws.

The bed is good but it is a pity that there is a lot of noise from drunk hotel guests who are smoking outside. Slept badly for the first 2 nights.

The service level for 4 stars is very low, the coffee and cups in the room are not replenished. All towels are included, even those that are not on the floor. Too bad that the new towels have been forgotten. Unfortunately I found out about this a little too late ((

Now I hope to have a good night's sleep the third night. We will give it another chance this week and if it does not work, we will book another hotel for the coming weeks.

Nice hotel, bit musty room. No sockets at the bedside tables, that is not useful nowadays with the mobile or tablet.

This Fletcher hotel has a wellness center in the basement. There are 2 (Finnish) saunas, of 70 and 90 degrees. And a steam cabin.
There is a swimming pool (which you pass with 5 strokes), a whirlpool for 6 people and a number of infrared heaters.
The wellness is open to hotel guests and outside people.
Upon entering, the friendly reception staff will direct you to the elevators, where you can go to the basement. Here you will be welcomed by another staff member who will assist you in a friendly manner.
The advantage of the entrance is that you can also use the fitness room right away.
Free flavored water is provided in the catering area. I had a choice of 3 flavors and I thought that was quite good. Only when it is a bit busier now and then the carafes are empty.
There are menus from which you can choose. You can then pass on your choice with the available telephone. This is then brought.
There are a number of sunbeds, but I think if it is very busy they will soon be occupied.
Pretty nice wellness.
If I can mention negatives, the lockers and the key in the bracelet are not really ideal. There is also no cold plunge pool.
Plus points are the soap in the showers and the presence of scrub salt.

No hostmanship at all at this hotel and customer service. Fletcher should train their staff better in this. It's a shame that there is no more attention for this! Lack of clarity in specification of the receipt when payment is made with a plume. All in all not a good feeling at this hotel!

Breakfast moderate .. no soft-boiled egg. Pretty little choice ... a bit of a shame. Room was fine, only no bath. For the wellness had to be paid extra this was a surprise for us. Bar closed at 11 p.m. early. Good wellness for a hotel in perfect shape. 3 star + not worthy of 4 star!

What a nice sauna, small but really good nice clean and very helpful staff. Choice of super good fresh steam cabin, Finnish sauna, wood-fired hot sauna where infusions are also made and infrared lamps. A nice bubble bath and a slightly too cold pool. Enough places where you can relax, unfortunately it is very small outside and you cannot lie in the sun. Everywhere there are free, tasty and tasty waters and there is scented salt.
I had a super nice relaxing massage.
I will definitely come back.

After 6 nights in 2 comfort rooms on the 1st floor I come to this conclusion. The bathroom has brown and black edges, a lot of limescale deposits, better lighting at the sink is desirable.
Beds sag and the pillows are hard.
Stains on the floor covering.
Power socket at bed would be handy (one room did not, the other one)
Fridge should be standard in all rooms, has been there.
Dinner at the hotel could be better, but that is a matter of taste and what you are used to. Breakfast is great.
Staff are friendly and the wellness is a big plus. Free parking and easily accessible.

And now luckily with a fan in the room.

The hotel is located in the reception as a beautifully finished hotel, but once you're in the room this is definitely not worth 4 stars, bathroom was not pretty clean and it was enormously gloomy. The restaurant was very good, but some Servers were against it. And don't forget a weekend surcharge of 20 euros, even if you can leave the room at 3 pm on Friday and Saturday.

Good hotel, just a pity that there is no air conditioning! Only suitable in cool weather.

Called especially for the pool and jacuzzi, they would be open for reservation. Was no problem and there was still room. Let's get to that: Reception tells us casually that the jacuzzi isn't opening today and she hasn't been given a reason why.
