If you want to give your secretary a turn without your wife finding out, you have to be here.
Nice big room. Good beds. Bathroom ok. TV could have been a bit bigger (considering the distance from bed). Great breakfast. Wellness was also very nice. In short, a hotel to definitely come back
Good food in the restaurant. Slept wonderfully in the junior suite.
Good service. Everything on time. Expensive restaurant. Rooms sometimes too hot. No fridge. Ice is available. We also had a room that was a bit dated
First of all to say that the rooms leave a lot to be desired the towels look like napkins you can't dry the restaurant they are pre-cooked dishes and reheated the hard potatoes
Welness small but they were very friendly to take care of the duo chihuahua (service dogs) with their crate somewhere quiet and cool because van der valk Goes has very unfriendly rules and did not want to deviate
Hotel room was fine. But food and service far from it. I have a milk allergy, but nothing was possible. They looked at me like I was retarded, reacted irritably and when I asked for extra sauce, I got it when my fries were used up. Potato side dish was not possible due to lactose, but I did expect that I did pay for the fries.
No air conditioning in the hotel room !!!! Almost 26 degrees in the room and not a single room with air conditioning. Not worthy of four stars, very disappointing. No more Fletcher hotel for me.
The room was downright filthy. It is a pity that you cannot post photos here because then nobody would book a room anymore. I was going to stay for several days but canceled. In response to my complaint I was offered a welcome drink on my next visit haha
Loved the super fun. Lovely people ... fantastic hotel!
Wonderfully relaxed wellness in a hotel where you can also combine with an overnight stay
Really great from start to finish, I even said 'there are moments when you would want to hug the cook' small point, meat in starter, a hundredth thicker, so thin you look through it.
Great hotel, just a pity that you have to pay 17.50 for a bathrobe, slippers and a bath towel to rent for the wellness center.
A must for those who want to plan a relaxing weekend. Shops nearby and a nice sauna in the hotel.
Beautifully beautiful (new) complex. Very nice and spacious rooms that really can't be faulted. Very easy to reach and really a pleasant place for a (short) stay
What a dull, colorless room, right after a swinging door. I knew immediately, that is going to cause nuisance ...
Good beds. Little luxury in the room, broken thin towels with holes.
Far too few staff (2 woman) to run the restaurant on a Saturday night. They couldn't take it and it showed.
It was all just not.
Just a good hotel affordable good breakfast and so on
Is always a wonderful stay. Nice breakfast and nice dinner. Are there now the 3rd X but there will certainly be more.
Wine enjoyed AT
Thanks thanks,
Service, comfort is ok
Free parking
Hotel looks modern at first sight but rooms run down, in their own juice. No air conditioning Average hotel, the spa raises the level.
The word wellness is grossly exaggerated. There was a musty air especially in the steam sauna and moldy puddles of water in the rooms. Our hotel room was not clean and terribly stuffy.
Excellent location for business meetings. Friendly and helpful people.
During breakfast the coffee was gone, slept badly due to collapsing mattresses. Tables outside on terrace are not clean. Unfortunately
The food in the restaurant was tasty and the staff went out of their way. The room was ice cold because the heating did not work and the window was open. That the heating didn't work was apparently nothing new. First they resolved it through a reset in the basement (could take a while before the heat was up). Then they hit it with a hammer, but that didn't help either. The promised electric fires suddenly disappeared. On top of that, there seemed to be something wrong with the drainage of the shower, resulting in a half-flooded bathroom. Summary: absolutely no pleasant stay!
Very nice hotel but very small sauna too bad we went for that.
Rooms available from 3 pm, may also become 4 pm. Staff shortage?
Excellent service. Employees are not only used so many customers are often busy with other things and notice late that there are guests who eg. To order a drink.
We found the room dusty. Early sneezing early in the morning. For breakfast you can order a cappuccino (milk is whipped and espresso from the machine). Warm milk can also just ask.
Very clean room, nothing to complain about. Room fan for the heat helped very well, room was so fresh. Perhaps a small tip: maybe lay out instructions for the whirlpool in the room. :-) we had to search for the rest: super friendly ladies at the reception. Although the room was still close to the street, we heard nothing about this. TOP! We will be back
Good reception. Friendly and customer oriented.
Delicious eaten
What outdated room, bathroom ... well, very large.Bed well and cot available, fine! Reception very businesslike ... no real welcome .... could have worked more on the friendliness.
The reception is good with friendly staff
Room was spacious and very nice big bath!
Everything clean and good beds slept wonderfully.
Breakfast at Carona was finally a very good buffet!
This hotel is definitely recommended
Well eaten, attentive service. One downside, time between courses was long, may be due to the meager staffing.
Nice hotel with decent breakfast buffet. Stay away from room 402, it is really smelly.
Slept very badly.
a lot of noise.
Everything very noisy.
Home after 1 night
Eaten well
It's okay, no luxury hotel rooms. The price-quality ratio was disappointing. There were wellness facilities, but only accessible without swimwear, which I find very unfortunate. Rooms did not have a minibar so you did not have cold drinks. Breakfast was very limited in terms of choice. For us this was not worth repeating.
Room was very cold, shower badly placed so that the bathroom is half under water and the floor becomes very slippery, great bed, a pity that the 'included' wellness is not free because slippers and a bathrobe have to be rented, restaurant was fine
The hotel did not clearly state that you must be completely naked to swim or to use the wellness center. In addition, there was dust everywhere in the room. The room smells musty, is ugly in style and the sink is broken. We were really looking forward to enjoying this hotel but now we will probably spend the whole evening in the city.
We had booked a package through Travelbird of 2 nights with breakfast, 3-course menu on the day of arrival and a day ticket for wellness, all for a very low price.
The hotel is 2 km from the center of Etten-Leur and there is ample free parking in front of the door. You can also take the bus to the center, as there is a stop nearby.
On arrival we were kindly welcomed at the reception and in no time we received our key and all necessary information regarding our arrangement.
Our room was very neat and everything was in tip-top order .. despite the many negative reactions from whiners on Tripadvisor. I wonder if everything is perfect at their home ......
Very comfortable bed, well-functioning heating, large flat screen, coffee and tea, safe, 2 cozy seats, very clean bathroom with soap dispensers sustainable and no waste! And last but not least .. very good working Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.
In the restaurant we were received very friendly again and the three-course menu was very fine and deliciously prepared with full love. It is pleasant dining in this beautifully decorated room, which also serves for the breakfast buffet.
At breakfast the buffet was very well prepared and something for everyone ... impossible to taste everything and the coffee was delicious! And of course the friendliness of the staff an example for many other hotels!
On day 2 we stayed an entire afternoon in the wellness and enjoyed the sauna 70 degrees, sauna 90 degrees, Turkish steam bath, jacuzzi, infrared columns and swimming pool. In the rest room there was plenty of literature (newspapers, magazines, etc.) and there was also flavored water at will. Keep in mind that no bathing suits are allowed, but that is no problem at all for us!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return! And for everyone who has not been there yet . Highly recommended!
Together with my mother had a nice weekend. Good package deal for a very reasonable price. Good food and also the small menu was extensive. Very friendly staff and good room. Small wellness but also here you can really spend an afternoon. the breakfast was delicious. Where do you get it. The hotel is 6 minutes by car from Etten leur, which is a nice town and where a day of parking costs only 5 euros. All in all, I had a few nice days in a Fletcher hotel and I have no shares.
Had high tea on 3-2-2018. It was incredibly bad! Etagere was made of wood and was full of dust where our sandwiches were placed, directly on the wood in the dust.
Control pointed out, was taken back to the kitchen. Upon your return you saw that there was literally dust around the sandwiches. So not even properly cleaned and freshly prepared. The response from the ministry was the most shocking. No apologies and she wasn't even shocked by what we said. So in short nice and important.
The hotel is situated very close to the highway, so its easy to get to, yet not so close that its very loud. The hotel staff was very friendly and the food was pleasant.
The reason Im not giving it a higher rating was because of the bathroom not being properly cleaned, there was calcium buildup on the fixtures and the drain was not clear in the shower. I wish I had photographed it.
For such a nice hotel that disappointed me
Great breakfast buffet on Sunday morning, reasonably clean bathroom could have been a bit cleaner but was ok, however our double bed was 2 single beds pushed together and there was no socket near the bed, and no fridge in the room, but almetal if you are only there to spend the night and have breakfast, if you have a good offer
Separate hotel entrance, the hospital is on the left.
Located in a secluded car park between a VMBO school and a gym.
Hotel room and bathroom are good but not luxury.
Wellness is top notch, worth repeating.
Elegant, somewhat secluded, easily accessible, close to Breda
Neat hotel
Too bad that it is shared with different companies, it makes it a bit messier and busy at the entrance.
Our room was neat and clean, very important!
Does have some improvements.
Upon entering see immediately some large discolored stains on the carpet for the bathroom, and on bathroom floor lots of lime stains, and there is missing a gutter stopper in the sink!
The room is soberly furnished, even on the one and only sofa ?! chair stains, so we do not sit on it.
Furthermore, which is very unfortunate, there is a Nespresso, but the 2 cups in the box are from an unknown brand !!!
That is so "no done"!
Great if you want to sleep alone. Not if you want to treat each other or yourself on a wonderful weekend away. for this, this hotel has 0 character (nice lobby you don't brush the outdated room away). Bare affair focused on productivity instead of customer. Nothing in the fridge, no bottle of water, no shower gel, 1 towel (not a small one). Cart of staff were to find these 'extras'. Booked externally, so it will have to be recovered somewhere else .. Very hurried (therefore understaffed) staff in the restaurant. Massages limited available, again occupancy.
ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. We booked two double bedrooms as we are a family with two children. We had driven from London to the hotel and arrived well past 10pm. We were very tired and looking forward to just getting to bed. Fletcher Wellness-Hotel had one single bed in one of the double bedrooms. We had to put the two children in one of the rooms so they could sort out the other room.
It took over an hour to sort out and their answer was to put a mattress on the floor. So the first night one of us slept on the floor!
We made a complaint and they have completely ignored it, not offered an apology let alone refund us any money for the absolutely inconvenience we went through.
Horrible Hotel, horrible company!!
Excellent service, friendly staff, nice atmosphere. Totally worth it!
Dirty rooms, the espresso coffee machine started to smoke and then it is checked whether it really was that way in the hallway. Service, therefore, not great. Nice touch was that we did not have to put soap in the bath, the soap scraps provided enough foam. For me really not recommended and absolutely not a 4 star hotel worthy.
Great hotel, nice and quiet, no outside noise. Breakfast was tasty.
Poor service and distant reception staff, executive room was nice and tidy.
Called directly to make a reservation, after that I had to call back 3 times because there was something wrong with the reservation every time. Then I find out that the booking was 20 euros more expensive than if I had booked through the Fletcher Trivium site. This stated at check in, gave a lot of hassle but eventually got the lower price. At least not customer friendly. The sauna is small and without atmosphere, the grumpy staff in the sauna didn't help either. When eating the steak was bad, lots of tendons. Indicated but nothing else was done with it. The breakfast, the room and the brasserie were fine. Anyway, it was a disappointment, never again Fletcher Trivium for us.
In a suite, the TV must always be state of the art, and it wasn't!
The cost of the breakfasts is excessive for what they offer
A 4 star is too much for this hotel.
The hotel is also large the room, parking available and a capsule for a coffee but the main services are insufficient.
Only one small linen available, air conditioning and kettle non-existent, bathroom not too clean, hair dryer with mold !!
Dust nests and cobwebs are everywhere. Good example, look at the reception upstairs when you enter the hotel. Basic hotel room with fast sliding beds, no air conditioning. You have to pay for swimming pool / wellness. Absolutely not worth 4 stars.
Junior suite was spacious. Too bad the sliding bathroom door is so huge. This makes opening and closing not really easy.
Furthermore, a quiet environment where I could sleep in silence.
Another very bad experience with this hotel now we will never go again !!
Here already 4x overnight. Ordinary, with holiday auctions or with fletcher vouchers. Always the same good service and good rooms. We will be back!
Wellness was a bit disappointing. Steam bath was defective and the whirlpool was constantly occupied as only 2 people were allowed in by corona and stayed in it for half an hour and water in the pool was cold. Restaurant and service was fine
Unfortunately no air conditioning is not available for the summer months is a must for normal operations
Nice lunch in the restaurant. Was a bit too much, but is better than too little!
From the outside it looks beautiful and the pictures on the internet of the rooms also look great. But in reality the rooms are a major setback. What you see is not what you get. Breakfast is not included, it costs another 16.50 pp. For the Wellness you have to pay an entrance fee of 12 euros per person. A 4-star hotel already includes its price for breakfast and Wellness in the price and you do not have to pay extra for that. There was also no minibar in the room, there is no air conditioning, only a fan that has trouble blowing. The staff did not seem customer friendly. Bathroom tiles were filthy. And so on. Don't know where this hotel has its 4 stars because it doesn't look real.
