It would be good to revisit the restaurant menu to avoid eating the same thing for a week

Nice view and great water park. However there are too many people and there is a shortage of space in all activities (restaurant, bar, deckchairs, slides, toilets ...). Super zero entertainment in the evening and in Dutch only. If you don't like climbs, don't come! The campsite is on the slope of a high hill with entertainment at the bottom and the entrance at the top. A small bus goes around every half hour but it is often full!

Will never come back !!!. I put my opinion on trip advisor, on Facebook on my page and that of ciela village, I sent an email ...

Fantastic campsite in a very good location; max 30-60 min drive from all activities nearby.
We had a Kalahari tent through vacansoleil, well arranged, very comfortable.
The campsite has many facilities, the aqua park is top!
Only downside for us;
What few (4) showers in our area (I), with long waiting times.

Not super. A nice site until you look further. Sanitary needs freshening up. Too much night noise. Too little surveillance especially at night to keep everything under control. You see and hear that the youngsters are playing with security.
In any case, we will not be back, nor will we return to another campsite in the Ciela Village group

What a terrible setback this campsite is, both the campsite and the object rented through Vacansoleil did not meet our expectations at all.
A caravan where the beds fall apart, a sink drain that leaks and is tied together with tie-wraps, no air conditioning for this considerable amount.
Our son fell and was covered with grazes but no first aid at the campsite and reception of course already closed so no help to be found, just find out.
Next day our other son gets a fries and vomits the whole thing again within an hour because the fries were not properly fried in the too old fat.
The slides were also regularly closed because of accidents.
The only nice thing is the surroundings, but to pay so much money for it.
I would skip this site and book another one for the area.
I really don't understand the 5 stars how they got there, at most 3 and then only for the aqua-park, where there are no beds like the pictures but seats in rows of 2 or 3.

Good campsite. Very nice camping bungalow correct offers and activities consistent for a 5 star the only problem is the cast of seasonal is poorly trained or not motivated so that our stay was not always pleasant

This campsite is good but in the evening young people from the estates make noise and prevent sleep. The Dutch swarm in all corners of the campsite which is very unpleasant because he hates the French and are all the time in conflict. Evening lasts only 1 hour from 11 p.m. to midnight and very often they are late and start the evening at 11:30 p.m. The campsite employees roll around the campsite (25km) while there are a lot of pedestrians, very dangerous!

I am currently at the campsite, the receptionist was smiling and friendly.
On the other hand, we are almost 3000 people and most of them come from Holland.
The swimming pool and its surroundings are dirty, the snack bar offers menus adapted to foreign customers, price quite expensive for quantity and quality, moreover question of cleanliness could be better. Time to wait 45 minutes for rush hour for a burger + fries.
Regarding uninteresting activities.
There are only about a hundred lounge chairs and I can tell you that in the morning it is sales period .... if you don't have a lounge chair you will have to sit on a chair !!
In the evening you will take the same thing if you want to see the entertainment ... no place, unless you are present while the Dutch eat ... because there is no place for a hundred tables and that's it.
Regarding the water park ... and very few buoys and we fight when people go down to be able to recover them .... no supervision at the top of the slides which causes some accidents ....
I do not recommend this campsite, where there is never a place !! And especially not very clean

Hello, I am disappointed about the lack of means to enforce the order at night. We were woken up twice at 3:00 am (shouting, music, kids running around our tent) and the last night the kids had a party until 00:30. With shouting and very loud music. The second night we call security. it's moving, young people have to reduce the noise without stopping it. What a pity !!!

COVID protocol completely non-existent if it is not for tape on the ground history to say that.
we are piled up chair against chair (don't look for a deckchair for a sunbathing lying in the sun ... there isn't one) along the aquatic spaces ... there is barely 30cm between each chair and there is not enough space, so the aquatic spaces are undersized compared to the capacity of the campsite, to try to keep a minimum distance with its neighbors.
no disinfection of this regular or would only be in the evening for the next day.
The campsite falsely announces that a person is dedicated to disinfecting the boxes during the day ..... I have never seen anyone passing by, spending my days by the swimming pool, with disinfection products . Proof of this is that the protocol is not respected ... at 10 am the chairs are positioned next to each other, spaced 20cm max and there is no room to move away from each other.
no sense of movement at the entrance of the aquatic ac, ditto for the various footbaths ... we brush, we touch, we are walked on our feet ... in short we are piled on top of each other .

sanitary ditto ... from 9am they smell urine and it's like that until the evening so protocol.de.disinfection during the day zero.

but le.pire is noise at night. at 2:30 am there are still people shouting or talking very loudly in the streets, cars are moving fast and until at least 1 am. there is no one at night to enforce the silence.
The campsite announces security guards which run at night .... this is false ... read the number of recent notices which speak of noise at night.

if you are in a tent, you will have too hot water at the tap in the toilet, but all the dishes for the dishes are supplied with COLD ean (go figure, charles)

Very nice campsite with water park, several swimming pools, 2 of which are heated. Daytime and evening entertainment. Large swimming pool for children with slides. Mini-market, several restaurants. Mobile home rentals, and pitches for caravans, tents. The water park is well maintained and secure. Lifeguards at each slide and each pool. I recommend.

For the camping part I do not but to have a good time with the children in the mini aquapark is great

Camping that is not worth its 5 stars (machine for proof proof 6 entities to sell rentals including at least 3 foreign tour operators), campgrounds classified below are better in terms of general quality but offers fewer services and are therefore classified in lower. Very nice swimming pools but not heated.
During our stay, a lot of noise problems late at night (until midnight minimum). Groups of very noisy teenagers next to our tent, racing cars and the first night a group of teenagers had locked themselves in the toilets screaming and banging on the partitions scaring my children and the other residents venturing to the bathroom .

Nice pool, if your house is higher than it is tiring to go up and down every time.

Nice campsite, but a little too big ... to go to evening activities (shows, parties ...) we had to take the car because our bungalow was far and the restaurant and the stage are at the top of a coast and little room to park the vehicle, which also allowed to be quiet when we did not want to go out at night. The pools are top but 2 slides were closed which is a shame. Our stay was still positive and we will stay there again.

One day for the aqua park, the infrastructure is super fun and new. It is only very busy .. The same goes for the campsite.

The most: Bon acceuil, a great aquatic center very complete for all ages with catering. Theme nights with a wacky entertainment team and an O Top mini-disco. The site is green with a clear view. The little train that will take you to the village. The payment system with bracelet, gives good autonomy, much appreciated.
Many other things as well as directions for other activities (aquavive, animal farm) ...

Cons: The paths need to be improved (holes, numerous pebbles ... Dangerous), as well as the lighting that is much too weak or nonexistent. It lacks a cash machine for electronic games, mini golf to refresh.
.... At Snack, the quality of the pizzas at this price is unacceptable.

In conclusion, a very good stay, however beware of the influx of the aquatic center which is sometimes very important depending on the period.

Neat campsite, ideal for children of all ages through the water amusement park. The vast majority of the campsite are mobile homes. There is sufficient space for caravans and tents. Places are spacious. The plumbing is fine and is cleaned several times a day. The shower water is so hot that you can occasionally not stand under it and therefore it is nice that you can adjust the heat yourself. Various activities are organized and playing football is great on the fields. Enough entertainment and highly recommended!

Back for a weekend of climbing at Camping Le Pommier with friends. We have a very good time, the sun is at the Appointment, the water park is always cool, the staff is always so welcoming and attentive, everything is going very well, I recommend it soon.

The kids had fun but dirty pools, dangerous slide cause obsolescence, I am spread with a toe well cut down a slide. I would not go back. And do not advise him.

We stayed at Le Pommier for a few days. The top-of-the-line water park for children, small downside the blue slide was not in service, pirate ship pool side the bridges with the synthetic grass are quite slippery not very practical with little ones.
Otherwise everything went very well, the staff are smiling and welcoming, the campsite is clean.

Very nice campsite, water park on top. But terrain with a lot of elevation. You will have concrete calves!

Mass tourism. Terrible atmosphere. Worthless staff. Bad places. Huge distances run up and down the mountain. Bad kitchen extremely long wait. Never again.

The staff is nice and smiling, the water park is great!

Extremely disappointed. The 5 stars are absolutely not justified.We have made the choice to go to this campsite near our home to enjoy the attractions including the tobbogan "aqualoop".
On arrival this one is down the hostess tells us that it will be repaired the next day and so on until the end of the week .... No repair or any compensation from the campsite.This attraction as evidenced by the advertisements, videos .... that we find on the internet is still the essential element of this campsite.

Not worthy of 5 stars. Fortunately there was the aqua park, but unfortunately most of the seats are already provided with towels on opening .. The bar at the pool is nice, but also very dirty. Many wasps, the bins overflowing. During our stay we have never seen any staff trying to keep the bar. There was also no structure in the ministry. Our chalet was clean, except for the ants. Been to the beer bar once, but we found that beer lovers were expensive and certainly if you get your beer in a plastic cup. A few times been to the mini disco, the kids thought it was super. Eaten pizza once in the take-away, but the staff was simply super unfriendly and it was very dirty. We had a nice holiday, but you don't have to come here for the campsite and the region. Wow a water park of madness for all the family and a rather good snack with very good prices. The staff very friendly everywhere!

Pressure, mass, but a nice location with lots of entertainment for children.

Not that good. Slide queues at water park are long. Blue fast side was never working. Loud Music goes long into the night. Our caravan pitch was tiny and poised on the side of a steep bank. Bathrooms do not have soap.

have a good stay. pleasant stay, the bed linen: 2 flat sheets for the big bed, a fitted sheet would have been better, the bedding is not worthy of a 5 stars. By cons the restaurant, very good, nice and a waiter (christopher) to the care. Nice staff and very efficient.

Large beautiful campsite with a great location !. Yes it is style but you know that when you book on a mountain. A train runs all day in high season. So that is solved well. The prices in the supermarket at the campsite are simply ridiculous 8.90 for 10 eggs. That just can not be. Furthermore, had a wonderful holiday. Yes it is busy in high season but in my opinion it is fine to do. Some people always have something to moan about!

A great family vacation. A magnificent setting. Pleasant mobile homes.
A week at the top! the pools and the animators delighted my children.
Only downside the water park closes a little too early .. closing at 19:30. Would allow you to make the most of the sunshine

le pommier too busy. Booked Le Ppomier especially for the water park. Only the waiting times of the slides were so high that we hardly used them. Swimming pool was much and way too busy.
I think there are day visitors from outside who make it even busier. Provides extra income but causes unsatisfied guests, but apparently they take that for granted.
Also no sun beds at the pool but chairs and little shade.
Location is great. Centrally located with many options for excursions.

The pool is good the animators are great we have a good laugh there are beautiful views

Beautiful aquatic complex, nice landscape
Small flat for the side very steep (unnecessary bike) well compensate by the free small train.

For the good points the campsite is large, well located, with a large aqua play area.
During our stay, a few malfunctions quite disrupted our presence there and our experience deteriorated. No sheets when we arrived, no hot water with our friends, the opening hours of the reception service not respected, impossible to benefit from a bungalow close to our friends when we had requested it, limited hours for the aquatic area, even more restricted hours for the grocery store ...
For the price, the quality of service was not there. Too bad we will go elsewhere next time.

Please add more beds to the swimming pool and also to the other pools.

Pleasant camping, top staff, clean sanitary ... nothing to say except that we could not use our bikes because of the steep slopes. Not indicated what we would have avoided coming with 4 bikes!
The rechargeable watch system is very practical.
Points to improve :
- The animations are numerous in view of the infrastructure.
- Too many people (access to people outside the campsite) to the aquatic center which generates a lot of waiting.
I recommend camping.

Too bad all the pools are not heated especially when we have a bad weekend and the little train does not work out July July. The mobilhomes are at the top the payment watch is a good idea

Very good camping. REALLY clean bathhouses (toilets, showers) The swimming pool is also really clean and well maintained. The staff is really nice and makes you feel comfortable. Everything is well put together and I recommend this camping to anyone.

We left in July 2013 (it's been a long time) but I still wanted to criticize their business practices.

It is a campsite made up of 95% Dutch speakers. How do they do ? Simply by posting full on their website when a reservation is made in French.
My mother absolutely wanting to book this campsite therefore had to call to find a solution and there was surprise, the lady on the phone told us that no, the campsite was not full. So we had booked with her via the phone.

Once arrived, EVERYTHING, but then everything was in Dutch even though we were in France. Even the safety instructions for the kayak! The entertainment, shows, songs, everything was in Dutch. The only French speaker was the lifeguard.

Being a teenager at the time, I was quite frustrated that I couldn't take advantage of these animations because of the language. Even meeting vacation friends was difficult.

My father-in-law said a phrase at the time: I paid like the Flemings but I didn't get the same service as the Flemings.

In short, I say: TO FIRE !!

Superb stay. Very welcoming staff. A mini town with an awesome Water Park. We highly recommend this campsite. The children are breaking out. Lots of activities without being forced to participate.

With my family we had a great week of vacation because the campsite is very well located and the water park is really good but what I preferred above all is the sympathy of the staff of the campsite which was very welcoming
