What should have been a happy celebration turned o...

What should have been a happy celebration turned out to be a disappointment. We had a 7:45pm reservation on Saturday December 16, 2017 for 12 people. We got there around 7:30pm to check in. They were rude to us and told us to go outside and wait until 7:45 then come check in. At 7:45, we came in to ask about the table, they said it's not ready yet. By 8pm, we came in to check again and they brushed us off saying it's not ready. By 8:10, they told us the table is being set up and we should wait and be patient. By 8:20, I came in and demanded to talk to the manager. When the manager showed up, I told her to give me a straight answer how long do we have to wait because we have an event to go to after dinner. She said the table we reserved is still occupied. The customers paid the bill but refused to leave. I asked her to give us another table, she said they're all booked. She suggested we should go somewhere else if we don't want to wait. I told her where can we go find a table for 12 people at that time of the day and during the holiday season. She offered us drinks and appetizers while we wait outside. We didn't get our table til 8:50pm and by that time we had to cancel the event we were going to and lost money on the tickets we bought.
It was obvious they overbooked the reservations and refused to acknowledge it. They should know our time is as valuable as theirs.

Made reservations for our Wedding anniversary and we were not disappointed. They demonstrated attention to detail and from the moment we walked in we felt that we were on a special date. Jeffrey was great and made sure we were satisfied with the service. Once we finished our meal our dessert was presented with a special message related to the occasion and we were given an unexpected gift prior to leaving. We will definitely return.

This location is great. My wife and I ran through a list of the areas great steakhouses one year and original Fleming's was at the bottom of my to try list, mainly because all my memories of the place were of business lunches with smaller portions. When we finally tried this location they moved toward the top of my list. Unlike some other steakhouses, their steak is seasoned and the taste is incredible (if you prefer your steak with less seasoning, I'd recommend Maestro's). The service is impeccable. This location is hustling, so you may not get quite the same relaxed/romantic vibe, but it has unique energy all it's own. The lobster mash potatoes here are our favorite.

I ordered a medium rare ribeye steak, wife ordered a medium rare filet. Her filet was dry on the a majority of the steak, and a little pink in the middle. My steak was tasty on a small part of the steak, and deep rare on a majority of my steak. I did not enjoy it as much. The table next to us had a guy demanding a new steak because his was not cooked right.

Our waiter seemed to be overburdened, not attentive. Told us we'd start out with bread but never gave it to us (had to request it.) Coffee was free though! So that was good and the souffle was decent. Wife went to the restroom with no toilet paper in it. Perhaps we came on an off night. Willing to try again, but the price and distance makes me want to try other competent steak houses instead.

Very overrated and very expensive place. The atmosphere is pleasant and the staff are courteous but the quality of the steaks is only passable and the selection of mediocre wines is very expensive. To avoid

Great place for steaks and other food. The kong crab here is great. It gets served in a unique way. Somewhat pricey but worth it. The vibe is business casual. You see a ton of high-end fancy cars parked out front, but you don't have to be scared away by that. For appetizers, I recommend the calamari. For steaks, you can't go wrong with a ribeye.

Mediocre at best. The steak was overdone by quite a bit. It was so slow coming that by the time they could be made aware of it, everyone else at the table was well into their dinner. It would have been untimely to have it redone. They should have offered something, but they did not. Things happen, it isn't that they do, but how you respond. They did close to nothing. Prime steakhouse? Meh.

Excellent service and an excellent meal. The crab cakes and calamari were very tasty. I had the ribeye and it was cooked perfectly. Mashed potatoes and Mac n cheese were very good.

Parking has an option for valet ($7), or just park in the large lot for free. I would say the biggest drawback would be the cost.

I'm not sure what's going on with their steaks, but it seems the quality just gets worse and worse every time we come here. They overcooked my steak, but the manager was really responsive (our waitress was not on top of things...) and replaced it quickly. The flavor and tenderness, though, does not seem to be as good as it used to be. Probably won't be returning anytime soon...

I was definitely greeted several times going in

I was definitely greeted several times going in

The manager came by took his time to ask if everything was okay

The food was delicious it had a very tasteful unique vibe it only Fleming's can provide

They have their Fleming's mashed potatoes that you can only get there

You're going to spend a little over $200 for a nice 3 course meal for you and a significant other if you are being conservative and you add a desert.

I recommend the bone in ribeye 20 oz that you could actually share the cost is about $60 which is very cost-effective if you are on a budget

they have several variations and selections of steak sauce that you can ask about that go terrific with the ribeye

The filet was perfect medium rare and full of flavor. Couldn't be better. The cesar salad was light and flavorful. The scalloped potatoes were delicious. The asparagus was tasteful. Met my every expectation. Everyone at my table felt the same.

A fantastic, high-end steakhouse. The steaks are almost fork-tender, perfectly cooked, and delicious. The menu is a la carte, so you'll order your entree and however many side dishes you want to share with the rest of the table. The sides are also excellent.

My only criticism is the selection of side dishes offered: currently, they offer four potato options- mashed, baked, au gratin, and shoestring- mac and cheese, mushrooms, asparagus, brussel sprouts, creamed spinach, and onion rings. I'd like to see an option for more "green" vegetables, like steamed or grilled broccoli, without rich cream or cheese sauces.

Great steaks and seafood tower. Sides were average.
Seated downstairs in dungeon, different ambience than dining room at ground level - felt like I was in a cafeteria.
Knocked down a star for dungeon and sides.

The server was great but the host at the front was short with us because we didn't have a reservation even though the restaurant never files the entire 2 hours we were there, speaking of the 2 hours 2 tables on the patio sat didn't get reset the entire time in tact one sat with a cocktail tray on the seat, from the time we sat until after we left. We watch many staff members from hosts to manager a walk by as if it was nothing. if not for the great food and phenomenal server we had the experience would have been less than average

Maybe this place was overhyped to me but this is what I got an my opinion.

Appetizer: Colossal Shrimp Cocktail; I'm not a fan of cold seafood so not counting this.

Starter: Fleming's Chopped Salad; unfortunately and strangely, this was my enjoyed portion of my entire meal. It was good, not too much salt and not tasteless. Walnuts it's nut added a good crunch with a good taste.

Entree: Main Filet Mignon; this is the part I may have been overhupov about but I was sadly disappointed with it. It was good but it was not as good as places such as Mastros, or Ruth Chris Steakhouse, in my opinion.

Sides: Flemming's Potatoes; these were alright, weren't the best. It tasted like a highschool lunch entree to me.

Crispy Brussel Spouts and Bacon; just a no for me. I've had brussel sprpsprbefore and I like it but this time, just no.

Dessert: New York Cheesecake; this was good but the caramel they add on to it just killed it for me. My whole tabled agreed that it was too sweet and it was because of the caramel. Also, it was a small portion.

Brunch menu is extensive on Sundays. The Bloody Mary cart is impressive. We had the salmon egg Benedict and it was very tasty.

Service was lacking and parking was extremely difficult on a Sunday noon time.

Disappointment! Before remodel I always felt that I was having dinner in a special place, it was much more intimate. Now it is more like a cafeteria atmosphere, sorry but I loved the old Flemings, always had a great steak there with the onion ring stack and lava flow cake always great, not so now!
Also not a cheap date now, it was never cheap before but at least you felt good when you left.

Great service restaurant. Staff is helpful and friendly. Best to make reservations during busy holidays or Valentine's. I enjoyed their prime rib; easy to cut and tasted great. Their filet mignon was a bit dry but still tender. Would highly recommend their lava cake for dessert!

Flemings is one of the better steakhouse restaurants around. Their prices are a bit high but in my opinion that's just a reflection of the not only the superb quality of food but also the outstanding service they provide. Try their happy hour burger for $7 is pretty darn good!

We went here for restaurant week and the food serving and quality are pretty good for the deal. Ordered filet mignon and seafood chowder. I was super full afterwards and I enjoyed the meal a lot. And our server, Julie, gave us good service and was very nice.
