Service providers, do yourselves a favor and stay away. They're great when they want you to do a job but good luck getting paid. Weeks of unending calls and emails. No matter what you submit, they keep asking for more paperwork. If we ever get paid, it will be our last contact.

Great company to deal with on a daily bases. Customer service and accounts payable are always a pleasure to talk to. FleetNet does have company protocols that have to be followed but that is not an issue because you know what great service you are going to get. A++

I would give a negative rating if possible. Our driver broke down on I24 in TN. Called Fleetnet around 3am got a call back at 4:59am and was told it was to be approximately 2 hrs for arrival. At 7:45 am no one had showed, during this time we had made a call to cancel the services as we would find someone else. They did not cancel and I placed a second call to cancel and they young lady was rude and still they came to our truck and then wanted it towed unnecessarily. The company we re-booked with was there in 25 mins and fixed it onsite. I would NEVER recommend these people to anyone. Now they are charging us a 2 hr dry run of over $300, REALLY?

Fleet and Transport owners! Beware! This company is awful!

Drivers and dispatch spending over 48 minutes on hold! Their fleet service operators are iincapable of getting information correct and providing it to repair services, dysfunctional and unprofessional! Operators don t even have the ability to contact a nearby repair service , fleet service has been known to send a repair service from over 100 miles away when a tire service or repair service location is 5 miles away!

If you want to pay your drivers to sit on the side of the road for eight hours straight waiting for a simple repair then this company is for you!

They're nice enough when you talk to them, but I've had to call them as part of my job numerous times and the average 40 minute or so wait time just makes me cringe when I see them on my screen. I can't stand having to call.

This company is a joke! Takes forever to get anyone on the phone! Ive called 3 times today and each time have waited 30+ minutes only for the call to be disconnected within seconds of someone answering. No call back at all. Anytime i have ever had to call this company it has been a total waste of time. Why don't you hire more employees?

Very slow. Never follow through and always having to track them down and constantly question them about when things will get towed, or fixed, or anything. Say they will be there one day but never show. Has in the past taken weeks up to months to get something accomplished.

This Roadside Assistance for Budget Truck rental is HORRIBLE! Truck was bad, drove 2 miles back to rental location, you have taken possession of the truck you have to call Roadside Assistance. EIGHT hours later after sitting with a loaded truck they decide to replace it the next day and hire movers to make the load transfer. Got up next day and NOTHING had been done, we had to call over and over again. The day before we spent ALL day on the phone with people that don't care, don't listen-Karma will get them someday.

I will tell everyone I come in contact with to NEVER EVER rent from Budget as their contracted Roadside Assistance with FleetNetAmerica is the WORST ever!
This review required at least one star clicked before it would take my COMPLAINT!

We have used Fleetnet a handful of times when we have issues outside of our normal operation area. The last three times used we experienced extremely long hold times on phone, and very rude operators. The last two times used they sent out vendors that where unable to fix the problem. Causing me to have to tow the trucks back to home terminal. Last night 06-13-18 the vendor showed up said starter went out and he couldn't get one until in the morning. Driver got another truck at truck stop to pull start him so he could get truck home. Went out this morning and all it was, was a bad connection to starter. Issue resolved in under five minutes. Currently on hold with Fleetnet now to let them know I'm not paying a bill for last night since they didn't fix anything. Been on hold for over 30 minutes so far. I would not recommend Fleetnet to anyone in the transportation industry.

Have used this company several times and it seems to me i cant learn my lesson with these people.
To report a problem you have to wait 30 mns to 50 mns on hold.
For a service tech to come and help its another 3 hours to 7 hours.
These people have no clue about safety, you could be telling them that you are on the side of the road and you dont feel safe and they still take their sweet time to get you a tech.
My advice
Dont bother and use them.

They don t vet their vendors correctly , using vendors from 70 miles away claiming they are primary when the particular vendor has no shop in the area and is 70 miles away , making customers wait extended hours for service .

I wouldn t recommend this repair service to anyone. I needed coolant because I had a hose to burst. My company called these guys and they never showed up. Two hours later, I received a call from a guy telling me he was with FleetNet and he received a call that I needed help and asked where was my location because he was about to head out. I told the guy that I didn t need his services because someone else got me the coolant and I had left. The guy responded ok this was at 7:02a.m. I received a txt to my phone at 7:21a.m. that said the guy was 31mins away. They billed me $220 for labor for 1.83 hours down. $100 vendor service,$59.89 for fleet net svc (whatever that is). The total was $379.89 for something they never did. According to their bill they started and the job was completed at 7:08a.m. I sent screenshots of the text and phone call times to my company and their response was it was nothing they could do. I had to pay it. I wouldn t recommend them to ANYONE PERIOD!!!!

Professional Company!

Professional Company!
These guys are great to work with and continue to set the standard for this industry. The thing that continues to impress me is the level of professionalism in the team members. Anyone we speak with on the phone are always very helpful and polite. I've been to the facility a few times and I'm always impressed with not only with the state of the art technology but also the level of hospitality that I'm continually greeted with. Thank you for a great professional partnership!

This is a terrible emergency roadside service. 1.5 hrs on hold to speak to someone about being broke down just to have her hang up. The company we pull for uses this service and they are understaffed at all times, rude and unprofessional and the worst customer service ever. Waited 6 hrs in Charlotte for roadside service.

I have dealt with this company a few times and I have nothing negative to say about them. They got my issue fixed promptly and we're super kind. Harley and Mark were 2 of the people I worked with and they were nice as can be. They were efficient and I was very impressed with how fast they got everything done. All of these folks posting bad reviews aren't telling both sides I have a feeling because I've had nothing but exceptional interactions with them. Thank you Harley and Mark! Thank you for taking a little extra time to help. It is nice to know people like you are out there!

It's been over EIGHT months and still have not gotten paid for service calls that we have done for FleetNet America. We have called and called we end up sitting on hold or just get hung up on. we have summitted the bills numerus times and all we get back is an E-mail saying more information is needed and anyone we do talk to just tells us to send the invoice back in. I'm out over 800.00! So next time FNA needs anything I'm going to in-pound the truck till I get paid for everything!

Service was very slow. Person that talked to was very rude!! Was on hold for 45 min before they even answered the initial call. Took 90 min before they found a tire. Then a ETA of an hour before someone could get there to change the tire. Very poor service in my opinion!!!

I have been doing business with FleetNet America for over 20 years. Mr. Williams was my 1st rep, what an awesome gentlemen!!! Mr. Williams had to retire, I was called by my new rep Mike Hammack, WOW! Mike and Kelley his co worker came to my site for a visit. It was nothing shy of excellent. Mike and Kelley displayed 100% professionalism. A little while later they invited me to visit there facility in North Carolina where the entire team rolled out the red carpet. We were invited to go on a tour of the facility and each member of the team we meet welcomed us and made me feel like I was part of there TEAM. I have been in towing for 30 years and have the pleasure of working for a lot of great customers, but I have to say I rank FleetNet America as one of my top 5. They are always polite, professional, and on task. Thank you FleetNet for letting my company serve your customers and making us apart of your TEAM. Looking forward to many more years of serving you and your customers.

My company is a service provider for Fleetnet. On average we do over 10 service and tow calls for them a day. In over 40 years of being in business, I have never dealt with a more professional company. They always give you all of the information that you need to do the jobs quickly and efficiently. They also understand many of the challenges that service providers run into out in the field.

Answering many of the other reviews seen on here I honestly don't understand how people say they aren't getting paid! Fleetnet is one of the few customers who pays quickly and with no discrepancies in the payments. (FYI there is probably a reason why they only call these service providers once in a blue moon!)

Company should rename itself to "Holdnet" to more ...

Company should rename itself to "Holdnet" to more accurately describe itself. 45-70 minute hold times are commonplace. Sometimes they're even longer when the system randomly hangs up on you.

They provide a necessary service, but their own customer service is terrible. It's so bad that technicians they called out will attempt to circumvent them by asking you to pay directly, so that they themselves don't have to hold until the heat death of the universe.

This is all made worse by the fact that they ask questions that are either unimportant (last names) or that they should have answers to if they used any sort of rudimentary file system(domicile, etc). Thus, calls take MANY minutes longer than they should.

I'm rating the company one star due to the awful hold times, annoying lines of questioning, and due to the fact that instructions are often not followed (requesting that DRIVERS be called with updates, and instead of receiving calls myself, ensuring that technicians are actually capable of doing the repairs they're sent out for before actually sending them). Reviews have consistently pointed to these problems and the company has taken no action. As I write this, I am waiting on hold and have been for nearly forty minutes. The same defeated-sounding lady answers every ten minutes or so to ask me once again if this is a new or existing call. I'd hate to have her job...

Lots of improvement could be had. The could start by tripling their staffing and learning how to store basic customer information in a file system.

Horrible respose times. I've used them on and off for years. They are very slow. I'm not sure if its them or the vendors they use. Whenever I have to use them I know my driver will be down for 4-6 hours. I once had a driver in NH with a broken glad hand. He was down for over 7 hours. Build a network of reliable vendors where your trucks go and avoid Fleetnet at all costs.

I own a tire shop in Lamar, MO. I have dealt with FleetNet three times, and I will not perform anymore service for this racket. They want you to get their driver on the road, but they take their sweet time paying the vendor. Expect HOURS on hold. And they don t care when you close, they kept me at my shop for two hours after closing one night. I won t release the truck until I am paid, so the driver suffers more than anyone. The last time I dealt with them I was on hold for 45 minutes (which was super fast for this outfit), then their credit card was declined, so I was put back on hold. I had already closed my shop 20 minutes before, the driver was late for his load, so he paid for it himself so we could both get on with what we needed to do. What a joke!

So I called fleepnet America at 11:18 to report a road service failure and on that failure I asked them to find a particular tire size which is the number three selling box truck in the nation and they told me to come to the Petro in Columbia exit 5 off i-77 they told me it would be a hour and 45 minutes wait, it is now 2:21 p.m. and I have still not seen a technician nor have I received a phone call from fleetnet to check up and see if I have even been taking care of out of all the truck stops and tire repair services in Columbia South Carolina they happened to send me to the one place where there is two technicians and 6 bays and I've been waiting for nearly three hours, I have tried calling fleetnet twice now waited approximately 8 minutes on one call and 7 minutes on the other no answer...,........called in and drove to Petro at 1118am. Made it to Petro at 1149am.
................just pulled into Bay for tire at 317pm...... tried to call fleetnet 4 times each time waiting was 11,10,12,10 min increments....no follow up.....no concern about customer..... Even after the confirmed the time I would be waiting....as they said an hour and 45 min to 2hrs.....( Call for that statement was 1139am)......it is now 321pm.......

The company I drive for uses fleetnet. It's a good thing I'm paid hourly wages when I'm broke down. A flat tire results in a 4-5 hour wait & I have heard of one driver who waited 8&1/2 hours for a vendor in Florence, Ky.

What a joke.
