Flamingo gardens is an incredible little gem tucked on the side of flamingo road. They offer tons of information on the wildlife and actually help rehabilitate injured animals. Lots of natural beauty to take in. Definitely worth the price of admission (20 for an adult) would go back again

Flamingo Garden exceeded all of my expectations. Absolutely beautiful nature area where you can see birds and animals up close. It was one of the high points of our South Florida trip. I also appreciated the snack bar with its reasonable prices and tadty food.
Wow, what a worthwhile trip! The parking lot, to begin with, is big, clean and usually not too busy around the early afternoon of 11 am. Entry into the Gardens is a mere 21 bucks and oh boy is it fricken worth it. Just the sheer scenery of contained but protected nature alone is rather breath taking but when you take into account the aviary? The other animal exhibit? The little stops you can make in between for refreshments? The Native FL Indian Exhibit? The, I believe Keaton called museum, which was closed but nice to look at? Heck, even the wild birds and peacocks? Worth every penny, it was fun, energizing, and I'd highly recommend giving this place a shot if you're staying in the area! My personal favorite parts of the Gardens were the GINORMOUS trees, Alligator Snapping turtle, Puma, and Birds of prey exhibit!
Didn't know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. Spent about 2 hours walking around the grounds. Also took the tram car tour and the guide points out unique plants in the garden.
One of the best places in Broward County to visit and fully enjoy. Wildlife, botanical and friendly atmosphere. The Aviary & Wildlife Sanctuary is a must see!
Beautiful flowers everywhere. This is a great beautiful place if you love flowers and want to be in touch with nature's beauty Also a great romantic place to have a picnic with your significant other
The grounds are beautiful. I didn't do it but the train through the gardens must be nice I walked it I felt like I was in a world all by myself. The animals were lively one large turtle practically running around his enclosure very cute. The alligator even got up and took a dip the otters were fun to watch. And of course flamingos. Lots of flamingos
We were there early so it was quiet. We enjoyed talking to the animals. It's not too big, so an enjoyable few hours of adventure. Recommend the tram ride as some of the park is quite a hike. In addition to the birds and animals there we're beautiful and interesting plant life throughout the facility.
So much to see here! A little pricey... $20 a person, should give a Florida Resident discount perhaps? Definitely had so much to see!! Flamingos, other birds, owls, turtles, gators, reptiles, a bear... when we first walked up there was a peacock with its wings wide open! It was beautiful. I recommend to anyone wanting a true taste of Florida! Many beautiful plants and flowers as well!
I absolutely enjoyed this place , is quite peacefull and charming. The price is moderate and quite affordable . The staff is friendly and courteous. We did a little tour of the main house and heard a little bit of history of the place. The food is a little overpriced but it always is at all of the attraction parks . Overall we enjoyed our family trip to flamingo gardens .
This animal sanctuary it's absolutely amazing. All of their animals are rescue and they're doing their best to help them and release them back in the wild. We went in Tuesday around 12 o'clock, it didn't had a lot of people so it was a very nice walk around it. Be prepared to have couple of quarters with you because there is feeders from where you can grab food to feed the birds and the turtles.
I love the flamingo garden. Everything is so well maintained and animals trees everything is nice. Park is quite walkable with kids so no crying for being tired and kids enjoyed seeing peacock everywhere that's the best part. Tour is also good not long not boaring. Enjoyed every bit of it
So much fun! There is a fantastic array of beautiful plants and amazing birds, some that you can feed! I had initially thought there would just be a pond with some flamingos but there is so much more! 10/10 would recommend!
The narrator was very informative with her presentation. The birds and animals are well cared for. The property is well taken care of. Would definitely return and highly recommend it as an educational trip for children
If you love nature & birds & other animals, a great place to visit. Also attend more than once as they have events all year long. Bring the kids too (if you have any)
Beautiful gardens and great place to relax. Loved the flamingos and peacocks running around. Take the tram cuz it's allot of walking and it's worth it..
Peaceful day out with the family - Went today with my home school group. It was fun and educational! The otter area was nice, saw some Florida panthers, different species of turtles, fat cats, and several peacocks up an personal. Did I mention I got to feed the flamingos? Saw so many trees that originated all around the world while riding the trolley. We will be back!!
My favorite local place to pick up plants! Massive selection and a friendly knowledgeable staff makes this place unmissable! There are events nearly every weekend, and the prices are well beyond fair for the quality of plants.
