It's been years since we have been there, much better than I remembered. Kids enjoyed the tour.

Beautiful place I honestly didn't want to leave. The only problem we had was when we got food the credit card reader was down and we had to wait a bit. Other then that I truly enjoyed myself

Really nice place. Not to big to walk long distances. Amaizing for kids and adult too. If in livr with photography there are plenty of material for that. Recommendation, go when is not to hot or at least humidity is not crazy.

It s a very lovely place. You can go with your kids or just by yourself to contemplate in the gardens. They have all kinds of trees, plants, animals... you name it. Also, basically every spot is beautiful and picture perfect. It was my first time going there and I unexpectedly caught the wildlife presentation. I m soo happy and impressed they are helping animals in need. I hope Flamingo Gardens lasts for a very, very long time!

Great spot to take your kids to spend a good 4 hours to see nature and some fascinating wildlife.

Well worth a visit. Lots of interesting plants and so many bids. We enjoyed the tour. Mark, the tram driver/tour guide, was great.

What an amazing stop! All animals here are permanently injured and/or non-releasable into the wild. They all appear treated very well, and there are several species of local waterfowl that appear to fly in on their own. Lots of birds around, and the aviary has A TON of different species flying, walking, hanging around . So great to see the folks here creating a refuge for these animals. We had a coupon and used it, but after seeing the great care of these animals (and quite enjoying visiting with them - don't miss the sea otters!), I donated more into one of their boxes. Don't pass this place up!

It's a nice place to go if you need a break from the hustle and bustle. The landscape is beautiful. I particularly enjoyed the tram ride and house museum tour. The gazebo is a great spot for taking romantic photos, too.

Great place for a family trip or just a couples walking tour of the beautiful wildlife and plants.

I went with low expectations, so I was surprised to find myself in such a calming and beautiful place! I took the tram tours, which were very interesting and needed because of my lack of knowledge in plants. The wildlife experience was also very informative and I enjoyed listening to the animals stories. They are ambassadors of their species that cannot return to the wild. The staff was welcoming and enthusiastic.

It's very nice to see some of the birds walking freely around, but I do hope that they can find room to make the cages bigger for other animals. I don't know if it's a money or space issue, but it's the one thing that I couldn't help to think about.

Wonderful place it s not a 5 star zoo but it s perfect for a couple hour family outing.

A tropical paradise of birds and an endless beautiful vegetation to see and enjoy. A gorgeous place to walk around, eat and get a lovely tour. Hope to come back one day!

This honestly was a highlight of the trip and I would recommend it to anyone. We will definitely visit here when we go back to Fort Lauderdale area next year

Thank God for somebody preserving old Florida. I will be 72 and was born and raised in Florida. There's hardly any nature left but this place is five stars!

We love this animal sanctuary so much that we became members after our daughter was born. It's a beautiful and safe place where you can let your toddlers/young kids run free and learn to care for their environment. It is especially nice in winter when it's not too hot, but you can also find a lot of shaded spots in summer.

Always a relaxing to just walk through the grounds, especially when the weather now isn't as hot and humid.

An excellent time was had by all.

Take advantage of our cooler winter weather and spend an afternoon in the peace and tranquility of Flamingo Gardens.

Fun and education tube to learn about animals and plants found in, if not native, to Florida. We've give several times and enjoyed each visit.

I have visited here many times over the years and it's just as good every time. Love the plants and animals. The staff are amazing and prices are fair to visit a long standing Broward county landmark.

Very beautiful site. One part is on foot (not too long or exhausting) and the other is done by train. The animal presentations were interesting. Beautiful activities for children with several animals in freedom and for adults with beautiful trees!

The kids liked it. A cool local attraction . The everglades show could have been better if the presenters didn't seem so tired or bored.

Great place in the middle of suburban FL. Bring quarters so you can feed the birds. Will definitely go again

I have a great time visiting this garden. It is well preserved and have a good variety of birds and plants. I enjoyed feeding the birds. Most of them were very time and they enjoyed eating from my hands. The artworks around the garden is beautiful. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

The place is beautiful!!! A super different proposal !!! My son loved it !!!
I loved the service, they are very honest !!! She instructed me not to take the entrance by the coming rain !!! Said the ride lasts 2-3 hours, and in the rain they hide !!! The shop is also very cool !!!

Overall a nice spot to spend an afternoon outside. Wish they would upgrade the birds of prey area, it's a little sad walking through it.

Went today with my family... enjoying the September discount... Excellent! Clean and nice exhibits... birds and other animal walking free, crossing... friendly staff... really complete zoo-park experience!

The tour was so fun and the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. It's very peaceful and it's nice to see the wildlife treated so well.

Love it here! Nice place to relax. Family oriented setting. Good everything. People are most helpful and friendly. I will go for special events. Sanctuary for animals. They are well cared for there.
