GREAT FOR GUITAR LESSONS, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, LEARNING A LOT!!

Top notch guitar instruction here! Bruce Waters is one of the friendliest and most knowledgeable instructors you'll ever find. I even got to perform with Bruce and he is a true professional. Song was in a different key and he flawlessly transposed it as we sang it. You will really learn guitar the right way at Dundee Music, actually reading music, not tabs, A+!

Had to find some sheet music for school, however it wasn't in stock. Dan said he could order it and I should have it in two days. It came in as promised! Would recommend, great local music shop.

Talk about having a chip on your shoulder... I simply called to check if you had a book and was given the third degree for calling before you opened, which is at noon. (I called at 11:30). I asked how I was supposed to know that but got no answer. I'm glad that you have the book I need, and I like to support local businesses, but I'm tempted to just order it from Amazon and wait for delivery! My wife had told me that she felt very uncomfortable in there, and now I know why. Dude, go to a Dale Carnegie course or read a self-help book. Seriously!

the customer service was terrible the man was questioning my purchases and ask why are you getting that. I was in terrible shock. Like why is he questioning what im buying? the man was very rude. I support local music stores but not one that have employes who are very rude. and thats the tea sis!!!!!

I ve been a student at Dundee Music for just over a year and I have enjoyed every lesson. Dan, the owner is very personable and interest in my success. The store has a very good selection of music supplies for most instruments and quality instruments for sale and rent.
You won t be disappointed.

Working musicians that gig weekly, bringing their expertise to music lessons. Friendly, and great with students, this is the place to really learn music, and learn how to play your instrument. My sons have been taking lessons for years here (drums & bass), and are now playing gigs! We LOVE Dundee Music.

I play Violin and I started there. The teachers are great! They are all very nice! The books are advanced and Essential Elements is too easy! It gets you really good really fast! I have played for two years and I am really good that I surprise people, especially orchestra students!!! I recommend this place to everyone!!

Been in downtown Dundee for years, owned now by Jazz Guitarist Dan McIntyre, this is a great local music store to learn guitar!

Never knew my daughter had such a knack for piano, we started last summer, and she has really impressed us all, we are extremely pleased, great place to learn and lessons are only $18/ half hour, well worth it.

really great selection of instruments. the lessons are beyond comprehensive and the staff definitely knows what they re talking about. i would stick around there for hours if only i had the time

I'm having a really great time taking lessons here. I walked in trying to get a crappy old guitar fixed last summer and I've been learning how to play it here ever since.

Went in to find a gift for a friend that plays guitar. Found a great clip on tuner that was perfect. Staff was friendly, and had good advice. Was a great experience, nice to shop local!

Finding a music store that does not charge an arm and a leg can be a challenge! These guys are close and reasonably priced however the guy has a real chip on his shoulder and an attitude that makes me want to walk right out! Seems like crankiness is a problem for old guys who do the same thing for too long. Over all experience not so good. But if you need an instrument repaired you will pay more taking it elsewhere!
