They changed the boat they usually use and the air conditioning was broke and we couldn't hear the commentary. Terrible this time around.

Such a refreshing way to experience San Diego. The cruise is great and the tour guide gives great info on everything you pass by.

Was okay, drinks and snacks are way to expensive. Not sure if I would go again or at least not any time soon

Nice views of the bay while some guy plays the 80's hits Spotify playlist while one drunk couple dances.

Boat ride was okay, nothing special. They gave everyone ponchos for no reason (you don't get wet) and they are just wasteful.

We got a great deal on the 2 hour harbor cruise through Groupon. The tour guide was excellent and surprisingly the bar on the boat wasn't very expensive. Great way to learn about the San Diego bay area and spend an afternoon. Lots of cool Navy ships around too if you're into that

Went on a themed Booze Cruise, had almost everything add promised, which was cool, but nobody seemed to know what was going on. Fo the amount of money we paid it was a fun time, just felt the poor communication hurt the overall experience. Lots of different beers that were unusual aaaaaaand delicious

We did the Flagship ferry from San Diego to Coronado, it was $5 each way. The trip was about 15 minutes. The boat ride was great! Everyone went straight to the top. The views are fantastic. You're moving away from the skyline of downtown and have a great view of the Coronado Bridge. Once you get to the other side, there's all these shops and restaurants. The bike path has bike rentals along the way for tandem bikes and multiple rider bikes. The path leads to the bottom or end of the Coronado Bridge. Even though it's fenced up about 8 feet, you can still get a decent shot over the fence or between the chain link. We're going to do the whale watching tour very soon!

View is awesome of everything, but 2 hours is to long was boring listening to the guy. We left at the 1 hour stop they did before leaving back to finish 2nd hour. Recommend if your good at not falling asleep easy. Bring own snacks etc everyone did and us. Picture when you board they show you when leaving and there 20 bucks. Take your own on board everyone does. 1 hour was perfect timing for this though.

A different activity in San Diego. A dinner sailing the bay. Really to enjoy.

Service was horrible, ship left VERY late cutting out time short on the water. Good bartender however and nice views of the city.

The ship was good and the crew were helpful. They had some volunteers who were interactive and ready to answer any questions.

We took the 2 hour cruise in San Diego Bay. Great tour! The guide was very informative. Learned a lot. We used the Groupon which was a great deal. Only downside was no easy access to the upper decks for disabled. My mother in law would have loved to sit up there for the views but couldn't handle the stairs. Overall though we really enjoyed it. Fantastic views of the city, Point Loma, North Island, Coronado Bridge and the Navy ships. Bring your camera!

The cruise was an eye opener showing the size of the U.S. Naval facility in San Diego. Special thanks to Flagship ticketing staff and ship's crew who were consistently helpful, polite and professional.

So much fun! Boat speeds by and the farther you sit to the back, the more likely you'll get drenched! Def worth the price. Staff was very nice and offered to take pix of us while we were in the ocean

Awesome boat ride!! It's like a crazy rollercoaster boat tour. We had a lot of fun. Bought the Groupon once again the very next day. Great music and very very inexpensive!! Highly recommend for families and couples. The tour driver abe and the other guys are really funny. They give you a complimentary poncho because it's guaranteed-you'll get soaked! Best ride in town!! Will definitely come back again!

Dolphins, sea lions and whales..oh my! Definately a fruitful day on the water. The staff was friendly and helpful. Definately want to come back with the family for another adventure. Someone Definately was worn out on the way back

A special day !!!! ... The weather did not favor, but it was fun.

Went to San Diego for the weekend, had a great experience on the sunset cruise. Got the opportunity to propose to my girlfriend with all the help from the staff and Captain on board! Just wanted to say a special thank you to Nate who was the main helper on getting the proposal set up! I am extremely thankful for getting the opportunity to share that moment and for all the great help I received from everyone! I will definitely be back whenever I go back to San Diego, thank you again Nate and staff! You guys are the best!!!

The ferry cruise on Monday was fun and exciting for the whole family. Its $10 round trip per person. You can cruise from Cornado to Broadway San Diego and then you can walk about four blocks to Seaport Village. The weather was perfect at the time of the cruise. The folks that work there, are courteous and helpful.

Fantastic cruise, great crew, very polite and helpful. We really enjoyed the views, seeing the dolphins, sea lions, pelicans, seagulls, was awesome. Highly recommend it!!

Worst Customer Service ever! Captain was extremely rude. I would rather walk the bridge than ride their ferry ever again. Don't use this service.

Flagship Cruises & Events gives you the opportunity to cruise around San Diego with dinner and dancing. My wife and I love this we have done this in Norfolk and in Baltimore. It is such an enjoyable experience. The food was wonderful. The service is spectacular. The DJ is great. Just ask for a song and they play it for you. We even had fireworks shot off by others that we got to watch. Spectacular!

Nothing personal but service is about 2 star , food - horrible , I came with my wife on Sunday evening dinner. I ordered steak , she ordered some vegetarian course . Her Vegetetian macaroni was horrible, even I would make it better !! After eating eggplant she went to women's room 3 time at least ((Nothing special and interesting!

It takes you to North and South shores of San Diego which includes most of it attractions like downtown skyline, US Marine war ships, Coronado bridge and Coronado island. Do take 2 hours long cruise for full fun. Usually you get discounts tickets from Groupon.

Pretty boring trip through the North harbor area. 60 minutes of straight monologue by the captain.

We enjoyed a beautiful cruise on the bay. I would suggest going earlier in the day or afternoon to fully appreciate the beauty of everything around.

I made reservations for the cocktail sunset cruise for my boyfriend' early birthday present.
Overall, it was everything I expected !

FOOD
The champagne was delicious- I got 2 glasses!
The charcuterie board has a lot more things than I thought it would. And it was nicely topped off with 2 chocolate covered strawberries per person at the end.

BOAT
Was clean, smooth and very spacious. Especially right now with the pandemic. The tables were spaced out and it didn't feel too crowded or unsafe.
They provided hand sanitizer stations in the cabin and the bathroom was very clean.

SERVICE
Overall, was good. The people working there were friendly but seemed very busy.

CONS
- A lot of flies inside the cabin
- Our server wasn't as attentive. It seemed like he was up and down all the floors of the boat.
We wanted to order drinks but no one came to our table and the bar was constantly busy. We ended up ordering with someone passing by the last 30 min of our trip.

Got to spend a few hours here and I absolutely loved it. So calming and beautiful.

Good was decent and served warm. I like that they had a bar option for 30 bucks. Definitely worth the extra fee because they kept up with the demand for drinks. The servers were very nice and gave us options. But I'm not sure if they are tipped separately or if the fee includes gratuity. They had a DJ and dance floor after the meal which was fun if you participated. Would definitely do it again.

Parking nearby is $20 all day. Little food stands all around ticket booths. Several benches to sit. Great jet boat ride on Patriot. Look for Groupon deals for deep discount on jet boat ride tickets. Highly recommend for a good time with family.

I had a great time with my girlfriend on a cruise. Food is so so, but service is great. Get all you can drink for the little extra.

Did the full two hour harbor tour and it was a blast for the adults and the kids.

Me & my kids took the harbor cruise, it was such a good time. I took snacks for my toddler and we had no issues roaming the boat or finding a place to sit.

I been whale watching with flagship twice now. The boat is nice, not the height of luxury but definitly not trashy, dirty or gross. The stadd are friendly, and work really hard to make sure everyone gets a chance to see the whales, dolphins, and other creaters that can be found outside the harbor. They have food for purchase and a nice area with tables to sit and eat it. The boat is safe for young children. The top deck has a high railing which young children may not be able to see over, but if someone can safely hold them, they can see. Otherwise, the below deck has windows with seats which young children can stand on. Below deck is usually not crowded and good if you have children who are particularly captivated by the whale. Overall, a good experience.

Lots of fun on the Patriot Speedboat. Prepare to get wet!!! And strap yourself in tight!!!!!

The Best way to celebrate your wedding anniversary.. we had the best time , good selection of food , drinks, music, and the fireworks was awesome.. Will definitely be doing this again soon ..

This review is primarily regarding disability access to their whale-watching ship, Marietta. We got stranded with a wheelchair on the steeply sloping entry deck, and none of the employees seem to be the slightest bit sensitive to needs of people in wheelchairs. The ridiculous process of photographing guests at the top of the entry gangway is yet another impediment to the boarding process. The ship itself has no accessible bathroom, which is why we were trying to wait until the last minute to board.
