Excellent, especially the jet boat..you'll really enjoy it!!

Amazing experience of a close interaction with giant mammals in Sea under the guidance of Birch & Flagship team.

Checkin is at a booth on pier. My wife and I preselected the steak dinner...we were not allowed to choose how cooked the steak was so it was a little too rare for my wife's taste. The portions are good but the salad was a little bitter for my tastes. The dinnerware is set, so this isn't your average family restaurant or buffet dinner. The sun set quickly and the chill harbor air took over. Though attire ranged from casual to suits, I suggest you wear long pants and in layers or a thin coat. It got a little humid when we were outside on the upper deck.

Really enjoyed this 1 hour cruise of the south bay in San Diego. Informative talk. Enjoyed seeing the 2 mile long bridge and the US navy ships, then the approach back to the city as it started to light up.

Took the ferry to Coronado island. Was a great experience.

Oh my! This was a fun ride and we're going again. If your in San Diego and looking for something cool and fun, this is your ride. Think I enjoyed more than the kids . The crew was awesome and entertaining, had me laughing and my tummy turning. Take this ride, you won't be disappointed.

Was great till the children that were on this romantic cruise started running amok. Other than that had a nice time!

They were on time, the view is beautiful, only $5 each way, and you can bring your bike for free.

Best Family Memory made by far in San Diego. Worth every penny. My children had an amazing experience. Restroom on board the large ship as well as bar & snacks. Also check groupon for discounted tickets.

We did the North and South Harbor tours and they were great! I learned so much about San Diego and the military vessels, etc. I enjoyed the whole experience. Great views, stunning bridge, and SEA LIONS!

My wife and I had an awesome time for our anniversary. The food was good and they had a dance floor and dj on the back deck!

The boring commentary was far too loud in the lower deck and the lady behind the bar needs an attitude improvement. Apart from that you get to see a good part of the Bay Area.

Would highly recommend the south harbor tour to see and learn about the warships. I did the combined tour food only $5 more. Great if you have the time

Friendly crew, good tour announcer. It is a nice harbor to tour with lots to see. I did the 2 hour tour, assuming that a 3 hour tour might wind up stranded on Gilligan's island :)

Only thing that keeps it from a 5 star is that the most of the view is cut off if sitting on the deck chairs. This shouldn't bother most people, I have a knee problems that make 2 hours too long to stand.

We had a great time! We were able to go whale watching and do the Patriot Tour. Both were absolutely fantastic!!! We got to see lots of dolphins and a few steals and sea lions too.

Such a relaxing experience. When my parents and I visit San Diego, this is our first activity. I love the hour-long harbor tour. I've seen porpoise, sea lions and pelicans. Great photo op of all the Navy vessels and picturesque downtown. The staff is first class. This tour never gets old. Don't forget to bring a light jacket.

Went on the 30 minute Patriot thrill ride. Lots of fun and exhilarating. You will get wet, and you will love it.

Took my father for his Birthday. My Mom and my 5 yr old also was with us. We had the prime rib dinner and it was excellent! Our server Marco was exceptional and overall was great, will recommend and I will definitely be going again in the future. Ps my daughter had a blast as well definitely a great time for young families!

Nice views of the city, Coronado, and military ships, etc. Disappointed that we weren't on one of their fancier ships. We were put on the whale watching boat instead of one of their luxury liners.

We had a nice trip out with Flagship! Saw 2 grey whales and a bunch of sea lions. The boat was clean and the staff was super attentive! Recommended!

We had a good time because of the company food was okay, we had a large party that should of had another bartender on staff. Waiters were great. DJ played a few in appropriate songs

This review is for the Sunday Brunch Cruise. Limited menu with decent food, service was unattentive, things were flying everywhere and one umbrella snapped and hit a waiters head (no more shade). I got a really bad sunburn and the service was slow. We had to ask everytime for the juice for the mimosas. Not very comfortable and had a glass fly off the table and soaked my dress. I get they are trying to adapt with covid but they were very disorganized. They commented several times as the competitors ships passed by on how they needed shade awnings like them to us. Ugh

Really nice, the only reason I didn't give it five stars is because it wasn't nearly long enough! The crew was great, very informative, loved it!

I've done the harbor cruise 3 times with these folks and I'd gladly do it again when my next family members or out-of-town friends come to visit. They have a great tour, friendly staff who are more than willing to take pictures with your own camera, and always seem to learn something new and interesting about the San Diego harbor. Check Groupon and buy the 2-hour tour, you won't be disappointed.

Attended a dibner beer cruise with Pizza Port and the beer provider. Food was great and beer was great as expected. There was a raffle and dancing and a dj. The cruise took south of the Coronado Bridge in San Diego Bay and circled back to our dock. Was fun and would do it again for the right event.

We paid 75 dollars a person to be squished like sardines July 4, 2018. They had to have been over capacity - standing room only. Terrible service and lack of food as well. Not to mention the late boarding time. Don t waste your time or money on this 4th of July experience! Also, the speakers were not working so during the already poor experience music was blaring through broken speakers. The crew wouldn t turn it down and didn t apologize. If I could give it a zero ....

My boyfriend and I took our 1 year old on the 3 hour whale watching cruise and for the most part it was great. There were some big waves but we knew that before we got on. I had my one year old strapped in my ergobaby carrier and one of the crew members said I was making him uncomfortable by walking around with him which is somewhat understandable because the boat was rocking but I also know how to keep my balance and keep my baby and I safe (I was holding on to rails to help as well). My son got sea sick and threw up all over me and they seemed mad about it and the lady from birch aquarium came over to me talking about how they shouldn t let babies on the boat and went over to the guy that told me I shouldn t walk on the boat with my son and he said he didn t know why we brought out baby (as if we knew he was going to get sick, he s never been on a boat). All of the other crew members were great and helpful except the two that were talking about us and it was clear that they did not want my son on the boat.

Amazing time and weather... didnt get sea sick which is great.

We ve been on the Flagship bay tours and they are awesome! They are calm and take you cruising while you learn. Now if excitement you seek The Patriot is a must try for thrill seekers .. awesome awesome Ride

This is an excellent way to spend a couple of hours seeing the beauty of the San Diego bay. the tour was very informative and the crew was excellent, and the price was reasonable. parking was very close to the dock and extremely reasonable. I highly recommend this tour!

The Patriot Jet Boat ride was incredibly fun and surprisingly scenic. A full half hour of expert crazy piloting in San Diego Bay, breaking every rule of smooth cruising with donuts and wake jumping and yes, getting drenched, all to hard rock music. My family had a great time. Check out the Groupon!

Enjoyable trip around the harbour. Educational and a great way to travel around and see parts of San Diego . The military ships are amazing . So many great sights to see.

It can be very relaxing and informative. Great event to start a day touring SD downtown

I loves this cruise aroudn San Diego. Definitely my favorite thing we did on this San Diego trip.

We took a ferry from San Diego (next to the Midway) to Coronado. It was only $5 and another $5 to get back. Trip took about 15 minutes. When we got to Coronado they had several restaurants and stores. We took a 30 minute walk to other restaurants near Hotel Del Coronado. It was nice.

Dinner was nice and boat ride smooth, DJ and service were good.

Helpful staff and offer to take pictures with your camera. Very Educational Director and pointed out landmarks and some history. The tour was worth the cost... Even at Senior Citizen prices. Very relaxing whether inside or out. Working, clean restrooms on board!!!

May rating is in regards to the customer. I was told there was time to buy a 7pm ticket (full disclosure I did arrive 3min till departure). I purchased two round trip tickets walked to the entry gate and it was locked. I asked what was going on and the same young woman (Alexandra) said I that I should have yelled at the man down at the boat about 100yrds away. I explained I didn t see how that was my responsibility. I asked if she could at least discount the ticket for the inconvenience and she instead offered a refund. I had made dinner reservations so I took the next one but that will certainly be the last time.

Shame because my great uncle used to be the captain back when it the ship was still big enough to transport cars. It was a nice tradition but I refuse to support a company that blames the customer for their mistake.

Thanks to the private boat's swarming around the whales, there was not much to see. We got coupons for a later day from the company

2 hr cruise, North and South Bay, Rusty was a wonderful tour director as we enjoyed the sun and breeze and learned so about San Diego military history and much more.

Tour guide is awesome and so enthusiastic. It makes the tour that much more fun!

We really enjoyed the bay tours. The narrator really knew a lot of details about the bay!

OMG!!!! So much fun and reasonably priced! Took my family on a thrill boat ride and they loved it. The Patriot goes out on the water and does a few tricks to get the heart pumping with a hint of water splash depending on where you sit on the boat. If you don't want to get wet, I recommend you sit on the first four rows. The further back you sit the more you get wet. They provide you with a poncho, but it's no match to the wind. You can hold on to the bar in front of you or just live a little and enjoy the thrill.

Had been years. Had a great time with friends and family.

Took the 2 hour tour and it was well worth it, badass views and weather. The staff was really cool and D. Eward, one of the guys in the staff was really helpful and even took pics of me and my wife. I would def. Recommend this cruise to any1. San diego was good to us.

Great way to get bearings for this east coaster. Snacks and beverages, personnel, location are tops. 2 hr tour got a little long for teenagers.

It was the BEST DAY EVER! Me and my daughter, my grandson, granddaughter and Great grandson (3), celebrated my 75th Birthday! We all agreed that it was the most FUN we've had together!

We were greeted with Champagne & apple juice, then realized that our table number, was my Birthday Day, (13)! That was cool!

Our waiter introduced himself & let us know all about what to expect & then he took cocktail orders. Our dinner was delicious & topped off with a yummy Cheesecake, with a fresh strawberry & whipped cream & thick chocolate on the side.

The Disc Jockey came down & introduced himself & asked if there were any Birthdays. He then invited us all up to the 2nd level to dance the night away, and that "we did"!

Even my 3 yr old great grandson, was dancing like he had unlimited energy! I danced to "Stay'n Alive" & then had a nice sofa to rest on, while my family kept dancing, until we were back at the dock.

Because we are a Military family, the great price, made it even better! If you want your entire family to spend real quality time, together, this is the way to go!

Oh, I almost forgot! A photographer took a great Cruise Ship photo of us, as we were boarding. Thank you! Flagship! Best night ever!

We really enjoyed our Whale Cruise! We saw whales, dolphins, and sea lions! The staff and volunteers were AMAZING and help make the cruise what it is! Highly recommended! !
