I was told I was preapproved and told them what I could put down on a 2016 and they come back to tell me I had to put more money down plus right at $1,000 a month because that's what Chrysler said. That was a lie I called the main office. Very disappointed and will never try to buy from them again
Spoke with salesman over the phone he told me the straight truth about the truck. Gave me a very good price on my trade. When we went into the dealership the truck was exactly like the salesman had told us And the buying experience was very pleasant. I would recommend this dealership to anybody. And ask for Ralph because he was absolutely excellent, Honest, And a very nice person to deal with.

We came in to purchase a Jeep a little over a year ago but decided too wait for the new body.
A year later we came in to buy a fully loaded yellow Jeep Rubicon but could not find one ANYWHERE!
As a result we had to order one, while I was skeptical that it would be more expensive to purchase that way BOY WAS I WRONG! First of all the we ended up purchasing the vehicle at an EXCELLENT price, and we were lucky to have it delivered in 4 weeks!
The Sales staff was absolutely awesome, virtually everyone we dealt with went above and beyond for us, and the rate we got was also incredible!
Honestly if you are thinking of buying a Chrysler, Dodge, or Jeep I would honestly drive across the country to deal with these guys! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

Zed got the ball rolling..excellent on every level treated with respect they honoured the price and financing and no numbers changed from the beginning to the end... the deal took about 3 hours... From now on my Chrysler products can come from Flagler because Jacksonville has never dealt with me in the past and would not come close to this deal now... Last time I went to Daytona but was not satisfied with the service after the sale... I should also say that 2 and a 1/2 hours were done on the phone and the last 30 minutes was at the dealership finalising the papers and getting keys...

Kevin Nelson, my sales rep at Flagler Jeep in Palm Coast, FL was simply the best. Ralph Omeara got things started and handed me off to Kevin, who handles custom orders, direct with the factory. Kevin was helpful throughout the entire transaction... and even delivered the stock tires to my house, after they added my new Toyo AT/III all terrain tires. I had a previous Wrangler bought and serviced here (2012-2016) and the service was always a good experience.
My 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee was towed to Flagler Chrysler Jeep after not starting last Thursday. The service department and Jonathan, the Service Manager were terrific. They diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts & successfully repaired the car. My experience with this dealership could not have been better. I dont know maybe it was me but I called every day, to make an appt to see kevin and finally Friday another call to get an email back, I bought elsewhere and I'm so happy. I do not like inefficiency. I think the dealership is too relaxed for me.
