DP Solutions Review

DP Solutions has been our Managed Service Provider for a little over a year now and they have reviewed our entire IT infrastructure, made recommendations, installed equipment and ensured we were running in top shape. There have been a couple hiccups, but the management team was able to resolve issues and make sure we were satisfied. The service desk is extremely friendly and able to assist no matter what the technology knowledge the users may have.

DP Solutions has made our lives so much easier. Prior to working with DP, we had to go to an internal employee to take care of our IT problems. It was a nightmare (to put it mildly). By outsourcing our IT support to DP, we've been able to work more productively and efficiently. Their support staff is knowledgeable and friendly. For much less than hiring an IT employee, we now have an IT department! Highly highly recommend them!

I have learned a lot from DP Solutions over the years. Every person that I have encountered at DP Solutions for issues at our office has been very helpful and follows through on our issues until they are resolved. They have to deal with our other vendors that are not as responsive and those vendors can be frustrating. However, DP Solutions always does their best and they get the job done. I definitely recommend DP Solutions for your IT needs.

Our firm has been a DP Solutions customer for over 8 years. As a small company we rely heavily on DP for all our IT needs. Service calls are handled in a timely manner with a very professional experienced staff. Our dedicated account manager addresses our hardware, software and compliance needs and finds solutions tailored to our business. DP keeps abreast of the ever changing world of IT and passes their knowledge on to customers proactively to help them maintain a safe and secure computer environment.

DP Solutions has been our managed service provider for the past 3+ years. The provide backup and disaster recovery services as well as security support. We've been extremely happy with their help desk and their IT engineers. Over the past 3 years, they have made several process improvements which has allowed for more redundancy and efficiency.

DP Solutions is a terrific IT Support company. We are a 12 person office in downtown Baltimore. They help manage our IT environment, servers and users. They do a really good job of proactively staying on top of the latest updates, patches, security procedures that keep us protected and out of trouble. Together we have the perfect relationship that allows us to focus on what we do best and ensure we have an experienced eye on our systems!

DP Solutions is the best! The staff is very knowledgeable and in tune with our IT needs. Issues are resolved in a timely manner and high priority items are addressed immediately! Recommendations for improvements to benefit our business are taken into consideration and provided on a quarterly basis during our QBR's (quarterly business reviews). Action items are documented and follow up/resolutions provided. The newsletters and webinars are also a plus! I would recommend DP Solutions to anyone looking for an IT provider! Awesome company!

The company I work for has an over 20 year partnership with DP Solutions! I have the experience of working with DPS for over 16 years. We have gone from using quill pens to working in a Cloud environment. DPS has been there every step of the way (at least once we started using computers - not when we were using quill pens). Every individual at DPS is extremely helpful and gets the job done. They provide quality and individualized service by listening to and learning the needs of their clients. We would not have stayed with the same company for over 20 years unless they provide above par service.

We have worked with DP Solutions for a year and it has been a great experience. My staff raves about their interactions with the DP Solutions help desk staff. IT is not my expertise and they help me make decisions on the best direction for the organization and explain everything to me. We converted to Microsoft 365 early on in the pandemic while most of our staff are telecommuting. It went very smoothly.
