Awful experience. Called last minute to say they couldn t show up. Unprofessional and unreliable. Will never use again.

Very professional drivers. Cars are clean and well maintained. I try to use taxis more then Uber/Lyft, it takes the guessing game out of will a weekend warrior pick me up or a professional chauffeur. I prefer the latter.

Cab driver 1225 tried to RIP me off for 40 dollars for a 5 minute drive from the airport to Inglewood..then kicked me out of the cab

We did more than an hour , never saw them. Woke up my neighbors ,to get a ride

I was waiting for 30 min for an uber I never got due to high demand and no drivers answering my call. Independent Taxi had at least 20 vehicles and I got into 1128 driven by Yegveny. He was very polite and professional and took me all the way out to Hacienda heights. The cost was equivalent to what the ubers were charging at the time. I'm very thankful he was there to take me to my hotel. I will use them again in the future when I'm in town :)

Can't speak English got hung up on twice I guess if I was Mexican they would have excepted my money

The cabs were clean. The drivers were nice. Most importantly we felt safe & comfortable. We got to our destination quickly.
