We are looking for a new home since we are not satisfied with our current building and real estate agent. We have found SBK Real Estate as a referral from our friends who were very satisfied with their services. We loved their team since they are professional and very patient in answering all our questions. Highly recommend them.

First Case:
In ( 102- Alhathboor building-DSO)
Don t ask about your security deposit at all. They will deduct almost 70% from it with no reason.
After that you will be sending emails with no use because they will issue SD cheque without your confirmation and without feed back.
When you decide to go to the company (HQ) to make a complain forget about it. They will till you we will give it to concern person and forget about it honestly. Add they are not polite to deal with their clients in the reception, I feel like am asking money on the street (sorry for the expression).
Second Case:
Unfortunately before the first case happened,I moved to other building with SBK (302- Alwarqa 1 building).
Maintenance is the worst thing in this company.. in my new apartment I have a design problem (extra stone should be remove) that s make fridge not fitting. I call like a hundred times and they are telling its a property issue not belong to SBK !!!!
Am living with them 2 years till now and I do not recommend it at all.
I attached what I can for everyone to see especially SBK management.

I have been living in Arfelon building and It s a great value for your money. We have the best of the Security and the best of Maintenance. They are very responsive and quick in helping with any questions or queries. They are extreme professional and will fulfill all your paperwork on your behalf

How do you claim to be the leading property management but your building managers don't even respond to calls or inquiries? We called numerous times and sent detailed emails like it's been requested but we still have no response.

I am staying in the Nahda Oasis Residence 1, Al Nahda Pond Park area. Since I moved in to the apartment 1107 in 2018 I have been facing the problem of water seapage from ceiling and from the window panes and side wall of my bedroom. Initially they did some temporary adjustment for the same, later when the problem started again recurring they have not done anything. The maintenance team just says they are not able to find out the root cause, they are not getting access to other apartments from where they suspect. I also came to know that this apartment already had this issue since long time but I was not informed about it when I was moving in by the guy who had leased me this apartment some Mr Azmi. I have been regularly trying to contact the maintenance team but no response. The supervisor Mr Mukhassir he doesn't bother to answer calls or reply back to message. Have also sent the photos to them showing the condition but they say maintenance team is working.The guy who leased me he sends me every time some new persons number and asks to contact that person. The problem is nobody is doing anything about it. Maintenance team just comes and says oh the problem has increased sir. And they will leave. Now the guy who had leased me i asked him if you cannot repair then provide me another apartment or return back my rent, so he is now threatening me saying don't dare message me I am not the responsible person to look after this etc etc.
Horrible experience with you guys. Have sent several mails also to customer care and the maintenance personnel but no use.
Really pathetic.
