My husband and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND 5 Stars Granite to anyone needing new countertops in their home. You cannot beat their customer service, price, and amazing workmanship. The entire process went smooth and easy, and everyone we worked with really went above and beyond. We are in love with our new counter tops and everyone who comes in our home also loves them. Also, as a side note, we had a HUGE island, almost 11' x 58", single slab. I so appreciate Jessica for working so hard to find a slab that large in my desired granite, and to everyone who worked so hard on installing it, including the owners. I know it wasn't easy, and no one complained, and everyone kept a smile all day long!

Our granite counter tops are not sealed very well and now im being told that i need to go to home depot and seal them myself. They were great in the begining but now after the purchase poor customer service!

Five Stars Granite did an incredible job on my kitchen. It was a pleasure working with everyone in the company. The installers were super duper top notch! I could not be happier and will recommend them to all my friends!

We went in today to look at quartz for our kitchen remodel. Jessica was so knowledgeable and nice to work with. My husband and I couldn t agree on the pattern of the quartz. Jessica found samples and continued to show us photos on line as well as in the warehouse until we agreed on the final pick. We are looking forward to having our quartz countertops installed by Tile Etc. Jessica was a pleasure to work with.

The office staff and owners were very friendly. The installers were very professional, friendly and paid attention to detail. Every step of the process was seamless and the countertops are beautiful. You can t even tell where the seam is. It looks like one continuous piece. Very happy with the finished product!

Don t waste your time. You get what you pay for. They are cheap but the product they deliver is absolutely terrible. You could see buff marks in every edge. Quartz was cut uneven on both sides because they measured with a tape measure, not a laser like other companies. Chips throughout the quartz. When I called to complain about all the buff marks, uneven sides, and chips throughout the quartz, they offered a sealer they would do at no cost. FYI you don t seal quartz!! The only positive thing I can say is that they gave me a full refund after multiple calls and waiting for the owner to get back in town to authorize the refund. Going to 5 star was a complete waste of my time. It just pushed my completion date back 6 weeks. I then, went to a company in Chesterfield and they delivered a great product. Great customer service and when I mentioned 5 Star, they were aware of the owner and and I was informed I was not the first person complaining about 5 Star and not the first person to come from 5 Star about the terrible products they try to deliver. The other company measures with a laser and delivered the product as expected. Don t waste your time!!

They went above and beyond to help me surprise my wife with new kitchen countertops. They went as far as coming out to measure late at night when my wife is at work to installing on Sunday and not charging extra just to help make that happen. I could not be happier with the quality, price and everything else. This is a family owned business and one of the owners is always involved in every single job which makes every customer feel better. Thank you all again, Dave.

My wife saw a flyer for 5 Stars Granite and we stopped by their showroom.
We were floored by their price and their selection of granite.
They were about $2000 less than the lowest bid we had!
We made our selection and everything went smoothly.

We are giving Five Star Granite five stars because they provided excellent service from the sales desk to the install. Even the measurement guy was courteous and thoughtful; he removed his shoes before entering the house. The installers were very professional and informative too. I highly recommend Five Star Granite! We've used 5 Star multiple times and have been very pleased with their work.

Our contractor recommended 5 Star Granite for our Kitchen. We bought our Kitchen granite from them no problems. Our Contractor has them measure for our basement bar. They mess that up they had it configured as an L shaped bar. When there s a 2 1/2 foot gap between the sink and the back counter top. had we allowed them to install it it would have rendered two cabinets useless. So we had contractor move the cabinets in an L shape configuration. Now they can t come back for three weeks to install already cut and fit to size granite. Funny they measured cut and installed within a week but can t install already cut in three weeks? Don t use them... You ll definitely regret it!

We have used Five Star on many occasions in our home. We have been so pleased with their help in selections of granite and their superb work. They were so professional with the installation and did not leave until we were completely satisfied. We recently used 5 Stars Granite for the second time in 4 years. As before, Jessica assisted us with product selection, pricing and scheduling. The owner then visits the job site, measures, answer any questions you may have and prepares the template. The next time you hear from the company is when they arrive on installation day. They arrive on time, perform the work, do a pretty good job of clean-up and haul-away old counters if you wish, at no extra cost. These installers are experienced, professional and work continuously until they complete the job. Overall they offer the same product as their competion for less cost and take pride in doing high quality work. Given the opportunity, we will use them again! GH.

From sales to install excellent service. Everyone was helpful and answered all our questions. Install team was professional and counters are beautiful. Pricing was great! They even worked with us on a stone choice and design change without issue, after our initial selection and install scheduling. Highly recommended!

Granite has some spots that were obviously repaired

The staff at Five Star Granite are all helpful and friendly, greeting customers with a smile. You quickly learn family members and get a grand tour of the facility with displays of abundant inventory they have inside and out. They offer a discount when you pay in cash with 1/2 down and the rest to be paid once the job is completed. They made 3 trips out to my home in Warrenton, MO and refused final payment until I was completely satisfied with installation. Workers that delivered my pieces were polite and very careful while carrying in the 9 foot piece of granite with not one scratch on my walls. I will always recommend this company to friends and family as I am very pleased with their service. Special thanks to Jessica and Amy.

We purchased a house with 5 Star granite counter tops in them already. We have to have the seals fixed and there are scuffs on top of the bathroom sinks. We will have to have everything resealed. Since it's under warranty an appointment has been setup to take a look at them. Customer Service (or the scheduler) has not been the most polite person to speak to and they changed the scheduled date that they set. Then forgot to write it down. In all I have received 4 phone calls in the last 2 days about this appointment and now they are 2 hours early and I have to make plans to be at my house during a work day that I was not supposed to be missing. There seems to be a lot of communicate errors along with the counter tops needing some work done.

We stopped at 5 star first in our search for countertops. We were surprised at the cost and every place we stopped again for the same slab was double or more. They did the work when they said, for the price they said and it is beautiful. As a result of my experience, two of my colleagues bought kitchens and everyone is very pleased. When shopping, make your last stop at 5 Star - you will be pleased and happy with the service and the savings.

I give them 4 stars. #1 complaint i have is that there were 30 mins late for measurements. Normally not a big deal but since I had to go to work, i was really counting on them being on time. #2 They left a little bit of a mess. I was a little disappointed. But with that being said, the rest was phenomenal. There price was fair. They showed up on time for the install. and my Counter top looks amazing. Overall I am pleased.

We did a home renovation. 5 stars came recommended by a co-worker. He said they had the cheapest price and had great material and service. He was absolutely right. We started shopping for quartz and granite not knowing anything. Quartz was more than double the cost of granite and it fit our needs perfectly. We used Five Stars Granite for our kitchen and bathroom remodel. Everything was almost perfect. More importantly, when it wasn't they went above and beyond to correct a mistake quickly. They installed almost 90 sq ft of granite countertops in our Kitchen for almost 1/2 the price we were quoted on the exact same color elsewhere. I was so pleased with the experience of working with Alyssa, Amy, and their awesome installation team that I had Five Stars also produced a quartz custom vanity, shower seat, and window sills that all turned out awesome! I have already recommended a few friends and would tell everyone your crazy if you don't give these guys a chance to earn your business. You won't be disappointed!!

I used Five Stars Granite for my kitchen counter tops. They did a great job! I enjoyed meeting with their staff from the very start. The girls in the office were so great with helping me select a color and slab that worked for my kitchen! The installation process was also very smooth and easy. I love my new kitchen! I recently had them to install granite kitchen counter tops. The price was great and I guess you get what you pay for. The installers left grout all over the counters and above the granite border which I had to clean up. They left the gap between the backsplash and the granite border open so I had to hire someone else to fix. They left a large spot when the previous countertop was unfinished and I had to have it plastered, sanded and painted.

5 Stars Granite has their craftsmanship in the name...it gets 5 stars! We contracted them to complete a basement bar and bathroom vanity. They not only had the best price of all the contractors we talked to, but their quality and workmanship were exceptional. I would recommend them hands down. From the owner and staff to even the gentlemen who initially measured, I have received nothing but professional courtesy. It's easy to see that they take pride in rendering quality workmanship, competitive pricing and professional courtesy! They have earned our future business!

Too many of the jobs they have done for me have had problems where they have had to come back and sometime come back multiple times. Once they install it then you are no longer a priority and they will get to you when they can to correct issues. Please consider someone else when looking at Granite or Quartz. The low prices are only matched by there poor workmanship. You get what you pay for.

Great service from picking out at the store (great selection and prices!) all the way to the install (2 gents that showed up were quick and courteous!). You get what you paid for in terms of service and product. Owner will not replace the defective granite. Will not do business with them in the future.

We used 5 Star Granite LLC for our kitchen remodeling. From the first day we walked into the show room we felt welcomed and every question we have had was answered to our understanding. We even changed our mind the last minute and changed from granite to quartz and they were understanding. The installation went as planned. The installers were very thorough, courteous and professional. They completed the installation on-time. Quality of the product itself was very good and exactly what was ordered. I would highly recommend them especially based on price, quality of product and professionalism. We are overly satisfied and happy with the finish look! Great job

I have been a 5 Star Granite customer for past 10 years and I have done multiple kitchen / bathroom projects with them. Ranging from our personal home to real-estate investments and my parents/friends as referrals to them. I am more than satisfied with the quality and price I get at 5 star. I normally do not write reviews but I felt compelled to write one after reading some negative reviews here. I feel that it s unfair to this business if the good experiences are not shared. With that said, I will break my review down into four categories and provide my feedback.
1) Pricing/Ordering/Measurement: Very reasonable and hands down the best deal you will find. I encourage you to visit some of the home improvements stores or other stores around town before you go to 5 star. You will see a significant price difference. As far as the measurement process, they use laser equipment to measure for more accuracy. They just did a measurement on 11/26 for our new kitchen and it was all measured with laser, new high tech technology.
2) Stone Selection: They carry a decent amount of selection in their showroom but they will give you an option to visit their local supplier s warehouse. That has worked the best for us. We pick the actual slab from a very large selection and the suppliers put a hold tag on it. Once we finalize our order with 5 Star it gets delivered for fabrication. Easy!
3) Scheduling: This is an area where I have seen this company improve a lot over the years. It was initially a small operation with the owner and one office staff. They have now grown to a full crew of a few- handling measurements / installation appointments. I did experience couple of delays in my jobs but they were both due to supplier not delivering the stone in time etc. But their staff informed me ahead of time and we worked it out smoothly.
4) Installation Their techs are professional and knowledgeable. Their owner Sameer is a very hands on individual. He personally installed kitchen at our residence on a weekend as the original delivery date was missed, just to keep our project on target.

To summarize, I would give them all 5 stars. They do quality work at a very reasonable price.
