We purchased a house with 5 Star granite counter tops in them already. We have to have the seals fixed and there are scuffs on top of the bathroom sinks. We will have to have everything resealed. Since it's under warranty an appointment has been setup to take a look at them. Customer Service (or the scheduler) has not been the most polite person to speak to and they changed the scheduled date that they set. Then forgot to write it down. In all I have received 4 phone calls in the last 2 days about this appointment and now they are 2 hours early and I have to make plans to be at my house during a work day that I was not supposed to be missing. There seems to be a lot of communicate errors along with the counter tops needing some work done.
