I am very happy to have John at 5 Smooth Stones help me navigate my audio visual journey! He was knowledgeable and patient helping us pick out our system. Most recently John came out to our house to help us reconnect our system after changing our internet provider. This is not his typically role in the company but when he heard of my predicament, he came out himself rather than passing me off to service. He went above and beyond expectations and in this day and age customer service can be rare. Impressed and grateful!
