Occasionally hard to get a hold of them for service requests but the technicians are awesome when they come. They go the extra mile. Ryan did a great job for us in sales too. Originally was skeptical to pay so much $$ for a Sony receiver but he convinced me it would give us the best power for our speaker setup. Now after using it for 6 months, I have gotten many compliments, especially regarding the power of our backyard speakers. Overall very happy with them.
