Ive been here quite a few times, but I've never had a particularly great experience. It always seems to be empty or so packed you cannot move.

Bartender is a fraud!!! He was charging more things into your card while you r not looking!!! And on top of that card number was used on other transactions outside the bar too!!! Please beware...

Really fun place on the weekends with a lot of different rooms. Can get crowded but there is a lot of space to move around.

Most of what people said in these reviews I would agree with. It is what it is, and it was a lot of fun. They had a great band there the Friday night that I went, playing a great variety of hits and crowd pleasers. Not sure if the bars next door are the same or just connected, but I enjoyed wandering around, etc. It isn't a trendy place, or a cocktail bar, but if you are looking for a great time in a divey dump, I highly recommend.

We always have a great time here the staff is nice and the bar is awesome! We go to see Dr. Khan when they play here.

Hole in the wall type bar in middle of Buckhead. Great live. DJ, and juke box at the same time ( in three separate rooms). I was surprised that you couldn't hear the music coming for the other rooms, but you couldn't. Very laid-back, good bartenders, if you're looking for somewhere fancy this isn't the place.

They have this comedy show every other Thursday that is beyond hilarious! Also, 3 or 4 different rooms with different music and vibes. Unlimited options for all

Atlanta staple. Always a great crowd and the bartenders make you feel at home.

My hometown place. And the Dawgs did great. Go Dawgs.

Great atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and kind. The drinks are very inexpensive. The music covers every genre. There is a nice mixed crowd age wise. The majority are college students. But the biggest plus, there are 2 separate bars that don't play the same music concurrently. Oh, and there's also a spot next door that sells Philly style Cheesesteaks and Chicago style hot dogs/sausages. Overall it was a great experience. I'd definitely refer to friends and I'll definitely pay, 5 Paces Inn, another visit sooner than later!!!

Do not go this bar!! EVER! This place is known for pick pocketing and management, bartenders and bouncers do not help. 2 different people in one night had cell phones stolen and it happens every night. If the management or police cared about their customers they would set up stings to stop this problem and protect their patrons!! Avoid this bar at all costs!!

Oh, man! That comedy show they have every other Thursday at 9PM is the Cat's Pajamas.

Busiest bar in town the weekends. Always great live music on Friday and Saturdays. The absolute best bar staff Monday -Thursday.

From about 3:30 to 6:00, it's happy hour for a more "mature" crowd.

1 star because this place is NOTORIOUS for iPhone pickpockets. Two people in our friend group had phones stolen in one night and we heard about many more. It baffles me that the management has not been proactive about stopping this. If you do go, keep your iPhone in your pant's pocket the entire time. These thieves are literally professionals and are gone before you ever know.

Bar is ok but parking is $8. I didn't pay and got booted even though my car was the only one in the parking lot on a Tuesday at 7 PM in the pouring rain. So they're pretty diligent about it.

Standard dive bar. Good number of TVs if you're going to watch a sporting event. Can get pretty smokey.

Always a fun time, 3 bars in one and outdoor seating in the front and back.

Affordable place to had a pint of beer and with presence of live music on some occasions which will be a delightful. Staff were nice.

Visited this spot to attend a celebration of life party for a dear friend. The owner was very sweet and the drinks were lit! Everyone was super friendly. Really liked the vibe. I could really see why my friend enjoyed hanging out here when she was in college.

The door boy with the really cool star tattoos behind his left ear was extremely rude. Other than that it's a solid bar.

Staff was very rude and unprofessional. Have been living in Atlanta my whole life and can't believe this place has made it 60 yrs. Disgusted by the way our group was treated plus the drinks are overpriced.

A place you have to go to. One of the very oldest continually operating beverage spots in Atlanta, this is truly a dive bar. And I mean that in the best possible way! Good music, good drinks, good prices, good service, good all over. Try it - you'll like it. Diverse crowd starts moving after 10pm. The owners are almost always there, and that shows how much they care. Have fun!
