Older equipment but exceptionally convenient if you work in Exchange Square or Jardine House. Cheaper than Pure.

If you join FF Exchange Square, you'll automatically be premium.
They just raised the price 2%. Around 900 HKD now.
Still cheaper than PURE.
They will not disturb you joining Personal Trainer plan if you tell them there's not needed.

Amazing view on the Central area and Kowloon side. Nespresso machine available for guests. Machines and tools are a step behind those found in the Hopewell and Harbour City branches, but still good.

The place is super comfortable and has a beautiful sea view, you can enjoy it while doing sports...

Its a very small gym. floor space is limited for weights and limited machines for workout. Great view though :)

Overpriced and entirely lacking in equipment. I don't know what kind of gym has the audacity to overcharge and NOT HAVE A SQUAT RACK.

Don't bother coming to this gym if you are looking for a REAL place to workout. You're better off doing the smaller gyms or even body weight training at the park.

People who come here just pay premium to watch their ipads and walk on the treadmill for an hour and call it a workout . Disappointing

Tiny but clean gym. I gave up on going during lunch time because it is too packed but ideal for after work hours!

lovely and kind people ready to help. small gym with some machine and some free weight equipments. good to do a quick and simple workout. nothing to complain quite the opposite. go and try for yourself you not gonna regret.

Very small gym, very sales orientated and pushy gym staff. Avoid unless it s the only gym close to your work place
