Prices are better than staples+. Customer services is terrific+ Owner gave me a deal on my second time using his services+ Super happy I used these guys.

Fast service, caring employees, and cheap! They do cheap repairs on PC s without a hassle, might take 48hrs-72hrs but your PC ends up working better than when you first bought it!!
Highly recommend this place! I have recommended it to everyone I know since, and have never regretted it!

I brought in my laptop to be fixed. They said it would be looked at tomorrow. Went in three days later. It was not looked at or touched. Poor service.

This place is honest - efficient - considerate and certainly NOT trying to rip you off, which I just had been. Called a computer place in Chilliwack because my wifi was dropping. He charged me $80 & didn't know anything. Still had issue. Took it in to Atlantis and James was amazing to get this done as quickly as possible & the price was soooo fair. Thank you James Spencer! You are a great Manager & I will tell everyone about you that needs any computer repairs done! So nice to see honest people around; that truly care! Thanks again. My computer is running better than day 1 when I purchased it in 2015!

Called in looking for some long (30/35mm) M3 screws for mounting fans to a liquid cooling rad but was met with bewilderment & condescension by the individual who answered the phone; I understand that most fans come with mounting screws however, first of all, not all fans include the long screws, and secondly, I wouldn't be calling around looking for some if I didn't need more... For a business who claims to be a custom system builder, I'm a little taken aback by the near total lack of interest, knowledge & professionalism demonstrated by what should be a pretty common ask within the realm of enthusiast PC builders.

I dropped my computer off not knowing anything about computers or what it would take to have it repaired (in other words I could be a very easy mark) James was very helpful and did a great job diagnosing & repairing my computer with minimal cost. Without a doubt I will recommend him to friend & family. High Five Atlantis Computers!!!!

So i bought a computer wouldnt turn on or anything paid 350$ for it from craiglist. I bring it to this shop and he was awesome hands down best computer guy i have ever delt with he was honest reasonable and gave it all he got everything i thought was wrong with it turns out it was something completly different. All in all i thought i wasted 350$ of my money and he worked his magic. And im happier than ever great service!!!!!!!!

Really outstanding customer service at this place! Sold me a computer fan, and when I had trouble, helped me figure out what went wrong. James is very personable, very knowledgeable, and most importantly, a really honest guy. We will be back!

They fixed my laptop so quickly. I was super happy with the quick service as well as the reasonable prices.

Brought in two used laptops, one with a broken case, and missing password. James was able to access it, move all the old files and apps to my other laptop. He also upgraded the destination laptop with W10, and set up an admin account for it. And he did it at a reasonable price and very quickly (a day or two). He knows his stuff.
