We ordered to go and when we got home we found a piece of plastic in our dish. We called the restaurant to let them know and ask for a refund and the owner was a complete jerk. He interrupted my husband multiple times and went on a rant about how they can t refund everyone who has this issue...which made us feel like this must be a normal thing if he was that concerned. He said if we drove to the store with the plastic he might refund us, but it wasn t worth driving 20 minutes there and back and still be dinner-less. We explained that we would simply never eat there again and he got defensive and so we hung up. DO NOT EAT HERE. The owner is a jerk with really poor customer service skills. Also the pasta was significantly over cooked. Horrible all around.

This place makes you feel welcome. Go to the counter and order and then have a seat. They have a variety of lunch specials including pizza by the slice. The pizza is ok. Their pasta dishes are better. I especially like their house dressing for the salad.

The Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo was very bland and mind you this was my first time eating at this location. I did not like the Alfredo sauce it had no flavor at all and the salad they gave me was not fresh at all. I told the manager that I would like a refund and he immediately got defensive and disrespectful. I was so appalled at the level of unprofessionalism I experienced today. I would not recommend anyone eat at this restaurant. Very VERY disappointed by this location.

This friggin GREEK salad is amazing....Reasonable price..Fresh bread..which I ate already...Go there.

Small Italian eatery with prompt service and some of the best savory Italian foods. Arguably the best Philadelphia cheese steak in Dallas as well.

We have been here a couple times and the food is always great. the service can be spotty. Last night we came and our food was late in getting to us. My husbands order had not even been entered in. We were pretty upset. However, its not the mistakes that make a restaurant, its how they come back and improve. The manager was SO kind. He took care of us personally, comped the dish and made 4 kids super happy with yummy desserts!! We were really impressed. The server was new so maybe more training will help, but we really appreciated the way they treated us. We will be back!! PS I love the Chicken Picatta!

Just rude and unhelpful ... been there a few times because my granddaughter has dance nextdoor .... never gets better. Owner is arrogant.

Just ordered out for the first time, and this blew all expectations out of the water. We ordered a custom pizza and chicken piccata and both were absolutely incredible. The pizza was very fresh and delicious, and the chicken piccata was tender, saucy, and perfectly cooked. Absolutely going to make this part of my takeout rotation.

Exceptional taste, wonderful service, very reasonable price. Wouldn t be any better even if wr cooked it ourself, we love the baked ziti and seafood at dinner time.

The food is amazing, we had a few different kinds of dishes and an appetizer all were great and the portion sizes are very good

Oh besas... I was so disappointed. I went here for the first time and I was very excited after hearing and reading such good things. I ordered online for pickup and set a time to pick it up in an hour since I needed to run a couple errands. We arrived at our pickup time and they forgot to make it. We sat and waited 20 mins and they gave us a slice of cheesecake. That was nice until we got home and realized how small it was and it tasted like it had been sitting out. Now the food: online it said the calzone came with cheese and sausage. My calzone had no sausage, which if I would've known I would've added it. It was good though! Overloaded with ricotta but better too much than not enough. My boyfriend got the lasagna and that was really good! We added the extra cheese option. The red sauce was wonderful. But after everything I'm not sure if I will go back.

Love this place....the pizza and Chef Salad are the greatest!!!

Not the fanciest place in town, but great Italian food; a neighborhood favorite. Fried calamari and Chicken Francaise are my go to dishes, and the free garlic rolls are addictive.

Excellent place to delight Italian food the place is not very cozy but the quality of its food and customer service make this place a 5 star.

Wow, one of the most interesting stores in the city. Everyone should come and buy at least one of the random toys. Happy labbit is fantastic as are the filter kings!

Delicious meatballs, cannelloni, stuffed shells lasania, pizza and chicken parm. Lunch specials are a great deal.

Restaurant in not much to brag about but we have often used them as a resource for takeout for large family get togethers. HOWEVER, on Saturday we ordered three large trays of food, a tray of salad and three pizzss. Large order, right. We had to call because they had not included the salad dressing but they were nice enough to have someone drive it over as we aren't very far.

But then, when we started eating, our grandson spit out a large piece of WIRE from his chicken alfredo!!. We called to complain and were told "Oh, sorry" didn't even offer to refund for the entire tray that went immediately down the drain.

We won't ever be going back here!

Food is the BEST! Try it, I can guarantee you'll be back. I crave their food often.

If you value your money please do not eat here. They made a mistake on my food when it was delivered and I call to the store and dude said when you come you can get it for free. So 2 weeks went but before I called called back. So I call to the store and a guy answered and said there is no manager here and he hung up on me. So I go up there and he act like it was not him so when I got my food I confronted him for hanging up on me and also and then lying about it. I also order something else and he put my money on the counter with and attitude and he mad at me. It was you guys fault Guess he was the OWNER. Not every one should have a business.

Good Albanian pizza joint. Excellent pizza, but expensive compared to similar places in the area. Prices used to be lower.

I ve ordered from this place twice. The first time it was ok. Nothing outstanding, but it was a decent meal. The second time, I ordered spaghetti and meatballs. I was up all night long with severe food poisoning, and still feeling the effects 24 hours later.
I called to let them know(I had no intentions of leaving a review) and the manager quickly told me no, it couldn t be from his restaurant cause no one else has called . I assured him that there wasn t any other possibility, the food I consumed previous to that was 7 hours before. He said sorry, but... about three times.

I m only posting this because he didn t seem to believe me or take any responsibility, or even go and check the food they re STILL SERVING.

Not sure how the pizza is but the chicken Alfredo is horrendous! Oily, lumpy, gets stuck and nasty when cooled off. Do not recommend this at all

So I finally decided to try this place out... The food was good the cheese was stringy... I belive this is the double meat double cheese.... I would have enjoyed this pizza even more had I just ordered the meat lovers. I honestly have no complaints outside of all that cheese... Omg...but that was my fault because I didn't know what I was signing up for when I ordered it. But if you LOVE cheese then go for it... this is the pizza for you. But as for me I'll stick with the basics. I'll be ordering again!

Love eating here. Super convenient, tons of parking, great staff, great menu, and the food is awesome. It's BYOB but there is a Trader Joe's right next door. Going there tonight.

I have written a review probably twice in my life. How does this place have good reviews? The pizza is probably the worst I have ever had in DFW.

The food is fantastic and the owners & employees are very kind & helpful. They have the best Baked Ziti I've ever had. The garlic bread & mozzarella sticks are really good too.

Got eggplant parmesan. I wanted to lick the plate clean it was so good. I'll be back for sure. I always like a restaurant that has garlic on the table.

It s a clean place. Family restaurant. Delicious pizza. The pizza dough is just perfect, no too thick and not to thin. Prices are good. Restrooms are handicap accessible and has a baby changing station.
You can eat inside and outside or order to take out.
This was my first time coming to this place. The waitress was nice but brought me sweet tea instead of unsweetened. She also never came to check on us and we needed napkins.
Food was good and prices are reasonable.

We went here for the first time 6 months ago..my husband and have been in many Italian restaurants in the area. This is far the best we go at least 2 a month. Great food awesome bread. Great service our usual waitress is isela and she's great. Free delivery and it's only a few blocks from home. Great hole in the wall!

Pizza was decent, but the mozz sticks were under cooked and soggy. Marinara dipping sauce was ok tasting, but the plastic cup it came in melted and sauce went all over the container holding the mozz sticks. TIP: Italian sausage is the sliced kind. Little thicker than a pepperoni. Paid 2.49 for a drink with my order online. Thought I was getting a bottle of some kind, not a can. Rip off.

We've been enjoying this place for 10 years. They have variety of great lunch specials one of my favs - 1 slice pizza, salad and drink for $7. The pasta dishes are delish as well. Friendly service too.

We have been loving Besa's Pizza, Lasagna and more since they opened. Everything the make is top level quality. The service is personal and the clean, their comfortable dining is welcoming of singles, couples and families alike. The best, in our book!

Salads are awesome. Pizza is pretty good. Grinder sandwiches are good too. Service is just ok.

The Pizza is good but not crazy about the price. 2 slices with a small salad plus a drink for $8.99 The pizza is good, but didn't love the toppings. They used pellet beef and sausage which are not ideal. My colleagues did have the house dressing and said it was great. i would probably get a large pie from them though. With so much good competition around them, its a tough sell for me to think i'll go here more than once every few months and i work only a mile away. For $9.95 you can get a small pizza with salad at lazy dog, so the pricing is off for me. It it was $5.95, i would rate it 4 stars.

Besa's is amazing! Our favorite dish is the Jimmy's Chicken. We love everything we have tried. They have the best staff and the restaurant is very clean. Give them a try you will not be disappointed.

Always have such an amazing experience with Besa's. Food is always hot and the flavors are bold and delicious. My personal favorite Italian restaurant and has been for years.

My experience here was terrible!!! my my husband and my children ordered a pizza shrimp scampi 2 kids meals and 2 app i personally did not like the shrimp scampi so I told the waitress that I did not like it and I only took one bite after that the owner came out with a big attitude asking what was the problem I said I just didn't like the it tastes he proceeded to tell ask me "what's my problem" that he has been fixing this food a long time i said thays fine sir im not trying to be rude he then looked at us an told us WE ORDERED TO MUCH FOOD! Very insulting and very rude and on top of it he wanted me to pay for the the dish I did not like and did not offer me something new and then told us to never come back while his waiters were apologizing for him never going back here again food was not even that good to begin with

Everytime I visit the greater Dallas area, this is my go to place. Love the food and atmosphere here. Family owned and operated.

Ordered the canollini and it was so over-cooked, the pasta was pretty much obliterated. It was just a soppy mess of cheese, some spinach, and marinara. The marinara was nice and garlicky, though. I might consider stopping in to try the pizza sometime, but I wouldn't go out of my way for it.

Do yourself a favor and check this place out. Great byob spot for dinner with friends, family or a date night.

Every time I go here to food is on the money and it isn't that expensive for a very very good Italien restaurant

Thanks Besa s called at 3 and asked for a 6pm delivery. Pizza showed up at 6. No delivery fee! Great pizza also

Don't know where to start. First, I love the food and that's the main reason we love this restaurant. Second, service is outstanding! Very friendly and the owner talks to you!!....That's unheard of in most restaurants nowadays. Third, their desserts are to die for. Cannoli is my favorite! Lastly, the music is the perfect volume so no need to yell to have a conversation, and if you like 80's and 90's you won't be disappointed.
