We were impressed with our first visit and liked the decor, variety of rooms available, extensive menu, and nice views from dining room windows. We were pleased with our fresh salads and rolls; this is the first time I actually liked croutons. The Maryland Crab Cake dinner was great - must right, not too much filler. The Fisherman's Shellfish Mixed Grill was impressive as well, with lobster tail, shrimp, and scallops. Ice cream for dessert was excellent as we had the caramel pecan and dark chocolate. The latter had a depth of flavor without excessive sweetness.

The minus with it was the risotto on the mixed grill; it was cold at the bottom and we could not get a substitute. If they simply made this dish as choice of two sides allowing for a substitution for the risotto, this review would have gotten a strong 5-star.

As always the food and service were both a 10. We go as often as we can since we live in Bowie now. We have never had a bad meal or bad service. The atmosphere is great. Whether you dress up or go casual you will fit in.

Delicious pit stop on the way to ocean city. The food was good and reasonably priced. The atmosphere was nice and the servers were very attentive. I am pretty sure there was a nice view somewhere in the restaurant though we did not have one.

A fish sandwich at McDonalds would have been more tasty. The jumbo shrimp, crab cake and scallops were far from Chesapeake Bay standards. Slaw soaked in mayo is always disgusting, anywhere. Perhaps a little more costly, but far better restaurants within walking distance. No more dining at your restaurant.

Wonderful service. Home baked desserts. Hot out of the oven. Many choices of seafood lovers favorites. Seasoned and cooked just right. Reasonable prices. Large serving size. Nice specialty drink menu. Beautiful setting. Love the decor. Really liked the toy train set and the sculptures.

The food at this restaurant is excellent! It is a little pricey for the food that you get. The service was good, the place is neat and clean. It also contains a bar off to the side for those it just prefer drinks.

Favorite restaurant, unbeatable quality, fantastic staff, great prices. Fisherman s Inn is superior as far as the eastern shore experience goes. I eat here once a week they never disappoint. They are truly second to none.

#LetsGuide Good restaurant to eat fresh fish. Crabs, oysters, clams, calamari, obviously the delicious crab cake. The menu also includes meat. The restaurant is nice, the train traveling on the ceiling, the tables well spaced. Unfortunately they do not have the Smith Island Cake but a similar cake with less layers. The staff is courteous and professional, very attentive to the customer.

I wasn't starving when we stopped here so I tried the half cream of crab, half crab soup and it was delicious. My kids both ordered dessert and the portions were huge! And delicious. The staff was very friendly and the view was great. The train running through the dining area is adorable and a great way to keep kids entertained. I'd definitely return!

If this is good sea food, then you all are missing out on taste. Ordered the 2nd option of the broil pot with crab legs, 2 hard shell crabs, shrimp, clams and muscles. The crustaceans were very overcooked. Who ever is in your kitchen cannot cook. The 2 crabs were covered in raw old Bay spice. Sure, it's a regional thing but man, perhaps ask guests of they want that caked on everywhere and everything. The highlight were the French fries and the corn on the cob. Not worth the poor quality food. Our server was very nice!!

A stop we make Everytime we cross the bridges. Excellent service and the food is the same, excellent. From soup and salad to clams and oysters as well as some of the best crab dishes in the area. The imperial is outstanding. Crab stuffed shrimp are awesome. They even have a prime rib special an it's equally as good as the local fare, seafood. Good deserts as well. Always fun to check out the antique oyster plates in all the glass cases.

Ordered beets and goat cheese salad with crab meat. It was ok, salad dressing was awesome! But do not order "cream brule" that was not good at all...cold inside, top with thick crust of browned sugar. I am not professional, but it is my favorite! That should say good or not from eaten at many other restaurants. It is my favorite. And bring a plate late for one from my party plus she also forgotten to gave us right numbers of mints! We just laughed about it. Small things...but sure it gets me to " not to visit again".
