I would like to express my deepest gratitude for the service that I receive from this office. Shank is very blessed to have the team that he has working for him. If it were not for Shank and his team I would not have the insurance policy I have for my grandkids at such a good price.

We have worked with Shane and State Farm in Hermitage since moving to the area 12 years ago. They have always been willing to go above and beyond for all of our needs. Recently we have been working with Diane in the office to get flood insurance added to our property. She has gone above and beyond to help us and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we are taken care of. I know each time that I call them we will be taken care of. They are looking out not only for us but for our family as well.

2016: Shank and his team provide excellent services and policies.We have our auto and home insurance with Shank, and he and his team will walk you through, step by step, of each policy and its benefits. You will walk out educated on your policy. Better yet, if you ever need to make a claim, you are able to contact Shank directly and have the quick service you deserve from an insurance company.

Update as of 2020: Shank and his team is still absolutely amazing. We have recently purchased another home and he and his staff are on it. Amanda called and let us know that they put a policy to cover our other home as it wasn t occupied to keep it safe; something I would have never of thought of. He and his team will call you and let you know when there are times to save on policy and keep you updated. Best part yet, is that if something ever happens, even at midnight, Shank will take care of you. They re amazing.

I just had the most pleasant experience conducting business with State Farm. Diane assisted and walked me through the entire process with patience. She is very knowledgeable and professional in her job. Diane always displays acts of kindness while performing her job.

Shank and his team have provided me and my family with exceptional service through the years. Also, the office is kid friendly. That may sound strange to say of an insurance agency but it s true! My kids were entertained with balloon animals while my wife and I discussed life insurance options. I couldn t recommend this office more.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS OFFICE!! After being with esurance for 8 years I decided to move to State Farm because they offered a better deal. I accepted the new policy and everything was fine. I didn't see any money coming out of my account so I decided to call today, they cancelled my policy over a month ago WITHOUT INFORMING ME. When I called in today to ask for information they HUNG UP ON ME! DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THESE PEOPLE. If I gave the same service at my company I'd be fired.
