Had a delicious seafood meal with great service. (There are non-seafood items on menu also.) Every area of the restaurant was sparkling clean. They did very well abiding by CDC guidelines due to Covid restrictions. Would definitely recommend and will return in the future! No outdoor seating, which was fine since it was so hot and humid anyway! However, I did see a few people who ordered carry-out and then sat out front on a bench on the deck out front and were eating there!

Decor was very nice, great water view. Service was so so, the staff looks as if they don't want to be there. The food was poor. Me and my wife had 2 dozen steam crabs, 8 of them were dead already before the cooking process. Wife's comments: The old bay seasoning was way too much. talk about high blood preasure. It over powered the taste of what u actually go to eat... crabs. However the place is nice.and the views to die for.

Sadly disappointed again. Our food was luke warm and mostly overcooked- very chewy lobster that was hard to cut with the knife. Our steamed broccoli was super crunchy. The stewed tomatoes, rolls and salad were the high points of this meal. While our waitress was friendly, she seemed to only respond to my husband as my water glass sat empty as she passed the table 3 times. The last time we ate here it was late and associated the poor quality due to it being later in the evening.

Was underwhelmed with service on more than one occassion. Location is very nice and you can see the water and boats. Crabs are good so worth the trip if you are just passing through or a local

Significantly renovated from my last visit years ago. Four of us visited. Those who had Eastern Shore staples were very happy. Two of us had the stuffed-rolled eggplant which would have been wonderful if the balance between eggplant and cheese stuffing was refined. The homemade tomato sauce was wonderful but the cheese stuffing was overpowering (and I'm no flavor wimp). The eggplant were fresh and beautifully sliced but should have been a larger percent of the meal to balance the flavors. This entree was so close to being magnificent and yet missed by a mile. I hope have better luck with this entree because the restaurant, staff and food otherwise were great.

Always yummy. An eastern shore tradition. Do not miss it. Scenic views, trains choo chooing around the ceiling, great service. Don't miss the fried green tomatoes with country ham, corn, and crabmeat. Huge lumps of crab make this appetizer an easy meal. We always stop when were in the area. Our son loves the crabcake melt, Full of crabmeat not bread... Yay! Beautiful party rooms are also available.

This is a good place to eat if you have the money. We eat here probably once a year and typically don't have any issues. This time the waiter was pleasant and professional and the food was good, not expensive good but good. The rolls were hard enough to need a chisel just to break them open, the croutons were like rocks and the food was not spiced at all. Don't get me wrong the food was good but it was not eastern shore seafood good.
Like I said I have eaten here before with no issues so I will go again. It was just disappointing to go out for a nice, expensive meal to get so, so quality

Didn't even plan to go here but was stuck in traffic and dropped in to pass the time. Nice atmosphere. Speed was very reasonable and service was great. Food was great (shrimp quesadilla) and facility seemed nice. Perhaps worth a stop on better terms. Bravo.

If you love lobster, crabs, shrimp and all seafoods, you'll love this place. Excellent menu; terrific service; my only complaint is that it is on the expensive side so save the visit for a special occasion.

We have been steady customers since 1986. Recent renovation of the main dining room, special events rooms and bar/grille were done with good taste. Serving consistently good, local "down home" food in a pleasant atmosphere, the restaurant has never failed to please. The bar/grille is perfect for a hearty lunch or appetizer on the run; the dining room is large "family" with comfortable booths and tables. Two smaller dining rooms accommodate lunch/dinner groups and clubs. A highly recommended place to linger a while ............... try a bowl of oyster stew alongside your favorite white wine.

The fried oysters and fried green tomatoes appetizer were amazing! We set near "Linda's garden" which was beautiful. It was a special treat to see the waterfront and the garden from our table

Extensive menu with seafood favorites like salmon, shrimp, crab cake and fishes but the special seafood at this lovely waterfront place is oysters. The have fried, baked, raw and some decent chowder. The rockfish bites were tasty and the stuffed shrimp stuffed us! The only disappointment was my baked potato served barely warm. I was too pushed for time to send it back. They have a train that runs above the dining room and a huge collection of oyster plates. Our waitress Ashley had the friendliest smile. Very pleasant dinner and be sure to check out the pond, a memorial to the original owner.

Absolutely delicious and large lunch portions....Tidewater style rockfish and steampot Friendly and attentive waitress. One of the best coconut cream pies I've ever had! Love the decor and the train running up in the ceiling. Not the same place from when I was a teenager, lol. Can't wait to go back!

Was not very happy. Took 1 he and 15 mins to get our order. Very poor crab cake 2/ 3 filler real small, no crackers with it. F2F were cold. The metal cup was hit that fries were in as far as I am concerned very over priced. Not planing on going back To fisherman's inn again
