Fischer Chevrolet has a great follow-up program, everyone wants to make sure we are satisfied with our purchase and that our new Chevy has found a happy home. Getting free oil changes for the life of the vehicle doesn't hurt either.

Being from the imperial valley, I m not used to great service. Levi did a hell of a job as a salesman. Patient, and professional. Never buy in the valley again!

Be careful of their service center. They will push services on you that are not needed. This has happened twice while getting my oil change, one time for a new battery and new cables. After I took it to Wal-Mart for a second opinion they tested my battery and said it was fine, and the terminals needed to be cleaned, not new cables. $9 instead of $422.

When the vehicle I wanted wasnt available, Joe patiently and diligently helped me and my family research the right choice. Anticipating needing to order the vehicle, we were surprised with a phone call that what we wanted was on the lot, and on Joe s day off. Without knowledge that we might buy that vehicle (we werent sure ourselves), joe came right into work to discuss and continue our research. However the vehicle ended up being exactly what we wanted, but Joe and his team were a major factor in our decision to make the purchase. We didnt feel pressure to buy at anytime. 2013 duramax with exhaust quality low issues. Took truck in for diagnostic-$155. Needed a new turbo came solenoid, 2 new NOx sensors, and a DEF heater...they wanted $4,300 to do it. I took the truck home, spent $600 on parts and did it myself in 3 hours. Check engine cleared but still had exhaust quality low. Took it to a diesel shop, they forced a regen, didn t clear it. Took it back to this dealership, they forced regens, ran tests, said everything is passing and don t know why it s the message isn t going away. They say, well our next step is to change the exhaust fluid because you re using the wrong brand. We ll change it and run the test for $740. So now here I am picking up my limp mode truck again because they can t figure it out, and I will change my own exhaust fluid for $20 and 1 hour of work. Delete maybe?

Oh my goodness! I can not express how happy I am with the service that was provided by both the sales manager and the car salesman. They were so caring about what I wanted and did everything they could to ensure I walked away a happy customer. I recently went in to purchase the 2020 Traverse because thats what the wife wanted. We test drove the Traverse and wasn't really getting the vibe that she enjoyed it. Ryan and I talked about the Blazer, so we showed her the 2020 Blazer. I could tell right away this was gonna be a tough decision because I could see my wife really enjoyed the blazer. I just want to say thanks for being patient with us and staying professional. This is how buying a car should be. The staff was very knowledgeable about their inventory and very professional.

This Buick Envision is the second new car I've purchased from Fisher...the first was a Buick Cascada 3 years ago. I didn't have an appointment and just drove in due to waking up to a dead battery. When I pulled into the service lane I was met immediately by Gary Blankenship. After a quick explanation, he assured me that I would be taken care of immediately. I went to work and Gary contacted me and explained what was needed and upon my approval he got the work done. When my vehicle was ready he called and explain what was done and told me my car was ready for pick up. Gary made a really bad morning into a great day.

The sales department is terrible!
You will be stereotyped and judged by the staff. You are only treated appropriately once your finance application surpasses their expectation. After that, you will feel the weight of the sales staff attempting to take advantage of you/the sale. They will strategize and coordinate around you until the transaction is complete; it is only until then when you need their service department, consumers/clients are treated appropriately.

I came in for oil change and management asked me how can we get car back pretty much. This gentelman named Pancho came up to me asking me what i wanted in a car and i explained i like fast i like room though he showed me about 4 vehicles and I really like a charger we sat down with financial team man was named Juan and Nathan they gave me a pretty darn good deal I sat and discussed how we can get me in the charger and they shot me a pretty good offer thease guys worked with me for about id say 4-6 hours I really enjoy their customer service they really do care about customers and Juan got me a really good apr rate. When im ready for next car in my life i will be checking up with them first for sure.
