I didn't have an appointment and just drove in due to waking up to a dead battery. When I pulled into the service lane I was met immediately by Gary Blankenship. After a quick explanation, he assured me that I would be taken care of immediately. I went to work and Gary contacted me and explained what was needed and upon my approval he got the work done. When my vehicle was ready he called and explain what was done and told me my car was ready for pick up. Gary made a really bad morning into a great day.
