When the vehicle I wanted wasnt available, Joe patiently and diligently helped me and my family research the right choice. Anticipating needing to order the vehicle, we were surprised with a phone call that what we wanted was on the lot, and on Joe s day off. Without knowledge that we might buy that vehicle (we werent sure ourselves), joe came right into work to discuss and continue our research. However the vehicle ended up being exactly what we wanted, but Joe and his team were a major factor in our decision to make the purchase. We didnt feel pressure to buy at anytime.
