The New England clam chowder is delicious the Manhattan clam chowder I found too salty. The fish was fresh and well cooked. I had two sides rice pilaf which was strange. it was sweet with raisins and Pasta in it. my second side was Ratatouille also much too sweet. if you like strongly seasoned Foods you would probably enjoy this place but I do not think I will go back.

We came here for lunch, and it was amazing! We ordered the salmon, yellowtail, and halibut. The best part about this experience was the clam chowder! Best clam chowder I ever had, better than the bread bowl in San Francisco. The service was awesome. The total bill was around $140 for the four of us. Would definitely be coming here again if given the chance!

The best clam chowder I've had in southern California by a long shot I've been coming here with my family for 28 years without fail we come we come here once a month also worth a mention is there sourdough bread its absolutely delicious I suggest you put the pads of butter they serve with it under your roll for 2 min or so to soften it up before spreading it

The food was wonderful as always, freshest fish prepared beautifully but our service was incredibly slow even early at 5 when they were not busy. 20 minutes to order, 20 minutes before salad came, server had trouble opening our wine, 30 minutes to get our bill. First time we've ever had any complaints about service, if it hadn't been for our busboy, we wouldn't have had water or bread. Very disappointing.

It's over priced! It's also very nice, very clean, classic in every way and Excellent service!! (And there was 10 of us on a busy Sunday brunch!) Drinks were good, food was good...not great but definitely good! Lunch/Brunch menu..everything was $15-$25! Couldn't imagine what the dinner menu could be $$$$. Definitely not for kids either! Even has a sign on the door...No Crybabies! They did 1 thing under $10... HALF of a green salad $9.95 Anyway, like I said its VERY nice ambiance and a very nice restaurant... just out of my budget I guess! C'est la vie!

Fresh fish is consistently excellent. Tender, moist, flavorful and perfectly cooked. LOVE mesquite grilled Swordfish New England Clam Chowder, the best I have ever tasted Numerous remodels have resulted in beautiful, but not too fancy, comfortable ambiance. Outside

Wow! If this is supposed to be 'over the top ' best clam chowder, I don't know what I have been eating all these years. Too much celery totally overpowering the taste. Not even very creamy. My mother got the Manhattan style and it had cauliflower in it! Stick to the basics. Very disappointed. Waitstaff very attentive Also, very noisy atmosphere. Couldn't have a decent conversation without having to repeat ourselves several times. Music was too loud which made people talk louder.

First time stopping into the Original Fish Company and all I have to say is, it was awesome. The food was fresh and tasted beautifully. Can I say that? Well it was great. A good selection if fresh fish and combos. Went with the blackened salmon with cilantro cream sauce my wife went with the Captains feast. Had to have the clam chowder and that was some of the best I've had in a while. The perfect temperature and the flavor was amazing. Tried the volcano rolls, they are a must.
