They moved way too fast during pictures at my graduation and because of that my eyes weren t even open and I didn t get a chance to re-do it even though I knew. So now I don t even have a good picture from my graduation.
Empire Photography takes end of season photos at the Dance Studio my daughter attends. Year after year I am consistently impressed by how quickly and smoothly they are able to take photos of large groups, small groups, and individuals.
This most recent season I needed some extra assistance from the staff in order to place a special order for a graduating teammate/friend of my daughter's. Not only was the staff accommodating, helpful, and friendly, but they really went above and beyond to make sure the end result was everything I was hoping for. Truly exceptional service!
I don't hate it but they put the wrong name on the football pictures that I ordered from them.

Not to be trusted!!!! I ordered the "online Download" versions of my son's graduation. I paid for the whole group that should have been 8 photos. I was told the images would be at full resolution. What I got was 5 photos at a resolution of lower quality than a cell phone.
When I complained I was told that they didn't post the full resolution because most customers didn't know any better. But then I was promised all 8 photos I had paid for, at the full res, would be sent to my home on disk since they didn't post the full version. Six weeks ... no disk. I contacted them again. They blamed UPS and said they'd send "another" one out. It arrived to my disappointment.
Once again, I got 5 photos at poor resolution. The same low quality photos I had already downloaded.
I'm clearly not a professional photographer, but I have taken several extensive workshops in photography. For those who would understand, I shoot Nikon D610 and D7000 in RAW. As an "amateur" my images range in size from 28meg to 32meg per image. Empire as a "professional" sent me images at 459KB.
They are clearly not professionals:
1] The images were not well take. (bad lighting and poor execution)
2] The images were not taken at a professional resolution. (professionals don't shoot .jpgs)
3] The images I ordered never arrived.
4] Their customer service failed to deliver on their promises.
Just don't trust a major event to this group!
The football photo they took of my son would have been very nice. However, his shoulder pad is sticking out of the neck of his jersey. Why would a professional photographer take photos of a 12 year old with his shoulder pad sticking out of his jersey? Wouldn't you ask the child or an adult to help the child to fix it for the photos?
Ask the good people of Reedsburg why their kids school pictures got sent to the wrong parents.
I just had some college graduation pictures taken with Empire Photography, and they provided great service and quality. The experience was professional and well done when getting the pictures, and the experience with the website (even if it seems a bit outdated) and their customer service was phenomenal. I had a couple questions and a problem with some missing pictures, and all of it was solved in 10 minutes. I was so happy with how easy and pleasant they made my experience. Also, the photos were delivered in high quality (3000 x 4996 px which equates to 13.5 megapixels, which is BETTER THAN THE IPHONE X) with a download link in my inbox immediately after purchase. The whole purchase and download process took me less than 10 minutes. To not have to pay for all the equipment, take all the time to set things up, and to have a great experience with high quality staff, customer service, and products, I would highly recommend Empire Photography.

My son's graduation photo walking across the stage can never be recaptured. The photos you took of him are absolutely horrible. I do not recommend trusting once in a lifetime event photos to this company.
Same thing here - 300KB 'full resolution' photos in jpg format. Should have looked up the reviews before I ordered.
The first set of photos I received was sent in a thin envelope and due to handling, my photos were bent. I could have kept it and framed & I am sure the photo would have flattened out. My problem was, for the amount paid of these extremely important photos, I felt it should have been sent in a sturdier envelope. These are special photos for graduation and dear to my heart. I contacted Empire regarding my concern. Nou AND Mrs. Lambert were extremely kind, did not hesistate & made this right asap. I received new photos in a very safe envelope, sooner than I expected. I m extremely happy and thankful to Empire for capturing my son s big day! (We were not allowed to get up close for graduation photos, therefore I purchased these from Empire). The quality is great also! Keep sending these photos in a sturdy envelope and you guys are doing everything right to make the customer happy!
They have gone out of their way many times to be more than accommodating for different sports and group photos for us. Everyone is always friendly and pictures have turned out great! I highly recommend Empire.
The photographer did a nice job of capturing an adorable expression for my son s 3rd grade picture. Unfortunately, when the pictures were mailed out, they arrived on a very rainy day and the postman had placed them in an unprotected area. The pictures were ruined! So, I emailed Empire Photography, informed them of the situation, and asked how I should go about remedying the situation. The office manager, Hannah, responded on the following business day and informed me they would send out new pictures immediately with no charge to me. I received the pictures in less than a week, and they are perfect. I really appreciate Empire handling this situation as well as they did. They probably had every right to tell me to take it up with the USPS, but Empire saved me from this undoubted hassle. Thank you!
Pictures were good, but there is no seeing your photos until they're uploaded online. If the one shot they take looks weird, that's what you're stuck with. Customer service gave me the run-around for a week when they didn't send me my gallery nor did they send me the free photo download they advertised. Turns out they typed in completely wrong the email address I gave. Irritating experience.
The Customer Service Team is Top Notch! Mrs. Rey Lambert helped me every step of the way in ordering my prints. She even gave me step-by-step directions. They even waived the archive fee for me. A++ :)
Very happy with the customer service. The photographer was nice enough to take a picture of my daughter and her friends for her 16th Birthday when they were doing dance pictures for the studio. I never saw the picture, but they went through the archives and found it. I was very excited because it was the only picture I have of her 16th birthday.

I was applying to work here and the costumer service is horrible Mark or what ever his name is told me to call and set up an interview and schedule so I can start working. Every time I called it either went to voice mail or he answered and then hung up when I said who I was and what I was calling about He gave me attitude when I called the day after he sent the email which was the 3rd of July I didn t call the 4th because it was a holiday but I did call the 5th how ever and I was calling regarding to the email he sent which he said he wouldn t respond to because he didn t work the 4th which is relatable but after weeks of not emailing me back I decided to give it one more shot before I call it quits , he answers and then hangs up right in my face. Very unprofessional I wouldn t advise anyone applying here if you are looking for a job.
I ordered my school photo and when they arrived my left shoulder was half cut off causing my picture to look disproportionate.
Beware, their media digital files look horrible on today s modern 4K laptop/monitor displays due to the higher resolution. They need to adjust the quality to accommodate the change in technology and they are unwilling to do so. Don t bother with the media file, always get the full resolution digital print if you order from them.
Used their service for my graduation pictures. The 5*7 Matte Finish which is their cheapest service ($14 with shipping) has a poor quality. I think they do it on purpose to force people to use their expensive service. I still think that $14 is expensive for poor quality photo paper.
Great customer service! Needed to get access to a team photo from this past school year and they were quick to respond to my request. Rey was super helpful, friendly, and fast about helping me and getting me access to the team photo. Super easy! And within only a couple of business days I had the photo in the mail.
I've had two separate experiences with this organization one fair and one poor. This organization is significantly higher priced than others for composite photos for student organizations in addition to being notoriously difficult to schedule with and not accommodating. Budget offers by empire are not at all worth it and of very poor quality.
The second experience with this organization was much worse. I arrived over an hour before an event that was sponsored by this organization concluded and waited in a line for over an hour after being assigned a sign-in sheet. EMPIRE gave no formal explanation of leaving to their customers that had been waiting there and just packed up and left. I believe this was very unprofessional.
I would recommend avoiding this organization if possible.

You'd think for how much they charge, Empire Photography would've at least taken decent pictures of graduation. Blurry, bad lighting, half of the diplomas have a glare over them, missing line and row photos, etc. They're complete garbage, and they have the nerve to ask $90 for DIGITAL COPIES. For the love of god UW-Stout- choose a different photo company for graduation! High school girls that get a camera for Christmas then start their own photography business with cute heart logos take better pictures than this. I work hard for 4 years to get my Bachelor's and this is the effort and quality you guys put into it?
