Firstsource Advantage, LLC Review

Scam artist. I owe no one. All my bills are paid in full. They call multiple times a day. Won't say why they are calling. Just a "Pending business matter".

This company is a scam, they tried to call my mom about collections for my student loan company. I called my student loan company and they said I was in great standing and that they've never sent me to collections. Hope this helps ya'll!

Some of the kindest people here, and an amazing place to work I have had a rough year and my higher ups have always supported me throughout it all. Company believes in honesty and actually helping people. Personally have been thanked several times from people who have gone through a tough time themselves for just listening this is why I love where I work.

Service was horrible and the representatives were very unprofessional as was the supervisor. They cant verify their legitimacy either

Not all of their agents are bad. What I did was called them and when I the person I get is awful I would cut the call and hung up then call back until I was able to get a nice agent. The agent I got explained everything I need to know and didn't pressure me in paying right away. I explained my situation and she helped me set up a payment arrangement that will work for me. So have patience and they will help you out.

THIS IS A SCAM! They are trying to solicit your personal information. Said I am past due on an account with PayPay and Syncrony Bank. Called both PayPay and Syncrony, I have nothing pending. Even said they sent me a letter earlier in the month. This is FAKE.

Terrible DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM ! just hang up ... they will not tell you who they are ...very deceptive report to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau if they continue. to call ...

They call me and hang up when I answer. I call back then they don't talk. They're also scammers.

Wanted to talk to my underage daughter. I said why and they said its personal and none of my business? Excuse me it is my business when some stranger calls and wants to talk to someone who cannot even speak.

So do you guys know it's illegal for a company to buy out someone debt and then go after that person to pay you for that debt you originally owed a different company!? What makes people think they are legally obligated to pay you for a service that they did not receive from you?! Especially if that person did not sign a contract giving that company permission to sell their debt to another company. "I have no contact with you guys, I've never done business with you guys, and I damn sure never received any service from you guys"!
