would not recommend this company to anyone... it s been a year next month since i put my claim in for my car crash(third party at fault) was suppose to be a straight forward case never seem to get any communication from my case handler you literally half to ring and ring and repeatedly send emails to get any updates and still takes over a week to hear from them to be told there s no update accepted an offer 8 weeks ago for them to then realise they hadn t included my my personal losses to then be told third party still haven t been given any further information from my solicitor so the case is still open and not moving forward in slightest... would not ever reccomend them to anyone unless i was recommending people to AVOID.... now looking else we re for legal advice and appropriate action to get my case moving forward with another company.

An upsetting and stressful experience dealing with this company. I'm very rarely kept informed of any developments in my case, only when I call am I told how my case is progressing. It would seem that very little is being done to try and bring my case to a conclusion. As i'm fast approaching the three year point, I feel I now have no choice but to seek alternate legal advice from a company that will be able to help me. I wouldn't advise using this company based on my shoddy experience.

Disgraceful! Lied to me for 6 months, refused to give me an update.. moved solicitors because of there unprofessionalism and she laughed and told me on the phone it would take a while to send my forms over ! Two months after request for documents she hasn t sent my case over. If I could give this solicitors no stars I would, 1 is being more than generous! Avoid at all costs! A simple car crash claim with straight forward liability still continuing ten months later! Ridiculous!

I have sent email after email with no response, I also complained before and they said they would sort the issues out still no response, it's been nearly six months. My sister had an incident and it was resolved within 4 months.

Don't understand why they don't care so much, like even if you aint enjoying your job remember where all human and Karma hurts. Take ownership of your claims and sort these issues out you have a one star rating.

All asked for was an update and what is happening as its been more than 4 months now and my insurance have confirmed non fault swell as the third party agreeing to the settlement claim so why so long.

Probably best to contact the third party yourself and get the job done yourself maybe get further...

Not happy at all man

Dealing with my none fault claim the communication between them and me is absolutely horrendous. This has been going on for 5 months now, finally I get a offer so I accept and now they are telling me that are STILL trying to get money back More

If your insurance says use them just DONT . The list what's wrong is too long .just don't use them .

I cannot rate them lower but they are liars, treat people like garbage and on top of that they don t even how to write names of people properly!!!! Awful experience
