This business is unprofessional and unorganized. After making a payment to settle my account I was told I would receive an email confirmation which I needed. Over the next two weeks I was given the runaround, told it was sent out already, and told repeatedly to call back. I had to physically go to the office to demand a receipt of the payment. I had to threaten this office with the Consumer Protection Act and the Better Business Bureau to get any progress. They should be penalized and closed down.

If you are contacted by this company, do not provide them with ANY information. They're a scam group, or an extremely unprofessional company, I was contacted by them, and a man kept asking me to confirm my mothers Social Security, and her phone number.
I would only guess this information would be to get into some type of account (Bank, etc)

They did not confirm which company they're with, or any trustable and reliable information, and when I asked the purpose of the call, they just constantly said they couldn't provide ANY information unless I gave them the information.

Hell, a professional company won't be calling a random phone number, asking the person "Hey, we need the Social Security Number of someone, can you tell us what it is, and their phone number?"
They'll contact the person directly.

Our conversation was basically him calling, asking for information, of my parent or guardian, and I asked him why, and he wouldn't tell me why until I kept asking.

He said that he needed to speak to them about their stay at a college, and when I searched it up, it came up as a random college I've never heard of.

Note:
Also, he started to complain about a "slow computer" why would you give your contact person a slow computer, an official group should give that certain person a good computer...? Seriously don't trust them...

This company contacted me via mail. I responded as it says to if I disagree with the debt they SAY I owe. Then they called my cell phone. Now they called me at work. I told them they are violating the privacy law that was passed in 2002 and 2005 that they cannot contact anyone at their work place to collect a debt. They are NOT a legitimate collection agency. Do NOT give them your info. Hang up on them.

They harass you regardless of whether or not you're at work and cannot take calls, and when you DO answer, they offer no sort of help. They are no more interested in helping you with your debt so much as they are interested in buying it off the original debtor so THEY can harass you for payment no owed.

They are scam artists plain and simple. Do not answer their calls.

Called my number asking for someone else. Didn't believe I was not that person. The woman gave me her name and said she had "important information" for the person they called for. Did not identify which company she was with, did not give me any information. I had to call to find out who had my number. Representative claims they can't remove my number from this person's account because I am not that person and cannot modify their contact information. I've had this number for 10 years, someone obviously gave them a fake number, now I get to put up with their harassing credit collections calls.

FRAUD...This is NOT a reputable "COMPANY".

DO NOT GIVE ANY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THESE DECEITFUL INDIVIDUALS. I received a few letters stating that I owe money to the Tax Department. I knew something was off right away because I do not owe Money to ANYONE.

Bad Business Practices. Called me to find out a phone number for a casual acquaintance from 7 years ago. I have no clue how stalking me or my information would help find this woman, and I find it disgusting that I was someone they called. They're obviously using illegal techniques to reach people.

They called asking for my spouse. I made the mistake of offering to take a message then they revealed they were really looking for me. They tried to get me to verify personal information (i.e. SSN, D.O.B. etc) I declined. The call was escalated to the "manager." I declined to give her info as well and told them to feel free to correspond with me through mail. Do not be tricked into thinking you are required to release your personal information. Also, you can stop harassing phone calls by sending a letter to their headquarters (certified return) demanding they only communicate with you via mail. Once they call you, you can always enter their phone number into your contact list under "No Thanks." That way when they call you can just say..."No Thanks" and let the call go unanswered in pure comfort. :) Works like a charm.

Their relentless phone calls are annoying. My financial/status is no better/worse than before I did answer and did all the necessary paper work. The offer they made to settle my obligation was not realistic to me, they offered no compromise so I am through with them. Good riddance to them.

They seemed to do as little research as possible to determine who they were calling. I told them to screw, then a few weeks later my payroll department receives a mailing saying I owe them money ($14k!). Different middle initial, address, and SSN. Thankfully, payroll stepped in and told them to screw.
