We're changing banks immediately.

We didn't sign up with this bank. They bought our bank and it's been nothing but a pain in the backside since.

1) They wanted to hold my payroll checks for 3 days. I could understand if I worked for Shmuckatellii's Roofing Co. but I don't. I work for a Fortune 100 company.

2) They have the bad habit of putting limits on things that our old bank never limited. Since they haven't bothered to update our account agreement, I don't see how this is legal. We have had no notice that policies would be changing so we never find out about it until we run into it.

3) When #2 happens, there's generally a way of it... for a fee.

4) Their website sucks rocks. Their app isn't that much better.

5) They have an issue with processing the same transaction more than once. Give the hubby some money to pay bills and instead of 1 transfer, they do it twice.

6) When #5 happens, they want to argue about the overdraft fees for the overdraft that they caused.

7) Then the funds aren't credited back to the correct account in a timely fashion either. I had to call and complain about that before they fixed it.
