I have been incredibly impressed with Sallie Jackson and Rachael Casasanta. Both of these wonderful ladies have gone above and beyond numerous times. They have extended themselves to assist when it wasn't even their responsibility to do so and have always responded expeditiously and warmly, expressing eagerness to assist with whatever needs may arise.
I'd like to take this time out to say what a Great Company First Service Residential is. They take the time out to really and truly understand all the people they service and they do so at the utmost professional level. It's a pleasure to work side such individuals and truly an honor. I'd also like to personally mention that Chris Ferlisi has been extremely responsive to any and all inquiries and truly understands the meaning of Professionalism.

Chris and Melissa were really great. My landlord was slow to get me my lease so we were under a tight time schedule and they did everything they could to make it all work out. They were responsive and understanding of my situation. I really appreciated the service they provided me as a new tenant in the building.

First Service has been managing agent of my coop for many years, and my experience with them has always been good. My recent mortgage refinance led me to new dealings with them, and I must say I am impressed. The property manager who is assigned to each separate property can either make or break a management company. Clayton Apartments was fortunate enough to have Dynette as the property manager. She is a real gem. Always on top of the situation with the shareholders, as well as ensuring all details of the building are covered. She is dependable, and efficient. Any management company would be lucky to have her as their employee.
