This financial institution provides support for dental offices around the United States. They provide customer service for offices and patients alike!

Great service representatives that are always helpful.

Our office has been working with FPC for many years and they have always provided excellent support to our office as well as to our patients. We love our practice advisor Sharon Heath. She is always available to answer our questions and jump into action when unexpected things come up.

This review is being written by Monique, whom works directly with First Pacific Corporation. We call them FPC for short. I have been working with FPC for almost over 6 years but they have been working with Dr. Itoh and his practice or over 10 years. FPC has been a great help to our practice and making sure that we thrive with both the patient care and financial side of a dental practice. Honestly I feel like they have made my job as a front office staff member so much more easier! They bill the patients for us. They provide us with the tools to keep track of insurance claims, productivity reports, and so much more. The customer service they provide us goes beyond meeting my expectations. They are always available to help with almost any question that pertains to a dental office. They even have a medical billing feature which is great for our practice since we do that for our patients. I work with Sharon, whom is our Practice Advisor, and she is comes in regularly to make sure that I am getting the help with the financial part of the patients accounts and training with the software that they provide to our office. Most of the time we go over numbers or any issues that may arise (which hardly ever happens) to make sure that we are good and set with our monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals. Although they are changing the visits so that we can have remote sessions I am still happy to hear from her when ever she calls. FPC provides more then just a billing service. I would and have highly recommended this company to other practices as well. If you are giving them a second thought, don't. You will not be disappointed with all the services that they can provide to your practice!

We have been working with FPC for quite a few years now and they are great. Their client services department mainly helps us with our computer questions. They basically trained our receptionist on their own. Michael with client services always calls to check in on us and help out if needed. Patient services stays on top of our patient accounts and follows up with us and our patients as needed. We absolutely love our practice advisor, Stacie McLean. She meets with us on a regular basis and gives great insights and new ideas to improve our practice. She truly knows our individual practice needs and wants and helps us stay aligned with our goals. We would recommend First Pacific to anyone!
