We have been working with FPC for quite a few years now and they are great. Their client services department mainly helps us with our computer questions. They basically trained our receptionist on their own. Michael with client services always calls to check in on us and help out if needed. Patient services stays on top of our patient accounts and follows up with us and our patients as needed. We absolutely love our practice advisor, Stacie McLean. She meets with us on a regular basis and gives great insights and new ideas to improve our practice. She truly knows our individual practice needs and wants and helps us stay aligned with our goals. We would recommend First Pacific to anyone!
