We attended the 10:45 am service through the 9:00 am transition. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Loved everything! I feel at home here. I love how the Word is taught with boldness. They don t shrink back from speaking the truth in love here! This is very refreshing and it s what I need at this time in my life!

My first experience was friendly and welcoming! The message from Pastor Charles, Sustaining Faith was on point for me.

I never attend this church in person, but church have visited me in the time of of lost in my family.. I love listening to Dr.Charles Stanley, he is truly a pastor called for God. One day if the lord say the same i will visit the church and meet him in person. Have blessed day everyone.

Dr. Stanley is one of the most humble , caring , loving, and respected man of God. He is an excellent teacher of the word of God and his love for Jesus Christ shines through him. There is no doubt about him! He is definitely fulfilling his call.The worship experience does not compare to watching it on tv or streaming it. The people are extremely warm and friendly. The choir and orchestra ushers in the Holy Spirit and the atmosphere is fully charged before Pastor Stanley Bring forth the word of God. We love it!!!

I have been a member here for over 20 years. I have learned so much. I love it. They use to have a series in the Fall of classes called "505 at 285"
The 505 was the start time for each class. But the stopped doing that. I am not sure why?

Love it! The message always an inspiration keeps me coming back.teaching the truth straight from the Bible.

I love his messages.I live in texas but listen to the messages at 6 am and it helps so much to be closer to My God such a good pastor thanks dr Charles Stanley.

I have not had the opportunity to visit First Baptist in person. I have watched & listened to Bro. Dr. Charles Stanley, he is strong in the word with a great spirit to preach & teach.

I must say I really like this church. Been attending for a little under a year. Few things I may not like but they're all preferences of mine and I'm super picky. Main thing is the Word is taught here and though Pastor Anthony may get into Poltics at times I admire his boldness and as a 25 year old still learning life I prefer that over a passive preacher who doesn't call a spade a spade. Looking forward to meeting more people at this church. Everyone is different so as I've learned, you'll never come to church and everything just be perfect, but if God leads you there and you know it in your heart, you'll find joy in your time and experiences there which is what is occurring in my life now.

I dont have a church here in New York where I live. I have been watching Dr. Stanley for a decade and now watch Dr. George. Thank you to BOTH Dr. Stanley and Dr. George for teaching me the word of God. God has used your ministry to literally save my life.

I love watching and hearing Dr. Charles Stanley teach the word of God. I hope to get there to visit soon.

Have been going here for 11 years. Started going when I was a child and I haven't changed churches. I have tries new ones when we moved but it's not the same. There are many different groups that can help depending on a person situation. It's a great, family oriented, diverse church.

I am appalled at the reviews below and had to look twice to confirm the remarks are about FBA. I am new to Atlanta and I have felt welcomed each time that I have attended the FBA Church. I am connecting and making new friends, and I am joining the FBA Church because truth is boldly spoken from God s Word at this church! If you believe the Bible is the infallliable word of God then you would expect it s leaders to uphold its very powerful message from the ONE and ONLY true God. Truth can be painful. It is up to you how you choose to respond. There is no perfect church because we who know sin makes up the church and it because Jesus covers us in His cloak of righteousness that we can be assured we are saved, and that same grace should be extended to all. I would suggest you ask, What can I bring to this body, not What will I receive? Perhaps, God desires that you pray for those who offend you and offer the very grace to others you seek. I would ask that you ponder this and avoid giving Satan a victory in devisiveness. If you are a TRUTH seeker,this is your church. I praise God for the FBA Church and Pastor Charles Stanley and Dr. Anthony George.

Excellence in Everything ! Dr. Charles Stanley and Pastor Anthony are both true men of GOD. They both preach the WORD of GOD with boldness and compassion. They challenge us to pray the WORD of GOD daily and to live and abide daily in The WORD of GOD and the minister to others through our walk in the Love of GOD.

I watch his Sermons all the time .What a Blessing to hear the word of God from Dr. Charles Stanley .
I live in Florida and would love to visit his Church someday !! .

A great place to worship and receive a word from God! Dr. Stanley and Dr. George are powerhouse preachers you won't find anywhere else! Truly a blessing to be under their teaching! FBA is a big church with a small church feel.

Absolutely love this Preacher. My wife and I are watching him now. He has Gods anointing on his when he speaks. Thank you God for wonderful men of God like Dr Stanley.

A true house of worship. Pastor Charles Stanley & Pastor Anthony George are obviously anointed men of God. Pastor Rodney is an amazing music minister and Pastor to the choir. The music is professional quality, always preparing all to worship.

My family loves Pastor Charles Stanley. He is an awesome pastor. God bless him always. We like his son Andy Stanley too. Andy is a great speaker too.

Sound biblical teaching taught here by Charles F Stanley, director of In Touch Ministries. Music ministry is complete with a full choir and full orchestra, with a real piano, and tons of other instruments (even the occasional Hammond organ.) The music ministry prepares your hearts for the sound teachings from the Word of God.

Great place to worship with the family. You can either go in person or watch live stream. Covid protocols are being followed so if you do decide to worship in person, you know you are safe to do so. I enjoy the message Dr. George and the other pastors deliver.

I have never attended his church but would love to visit. He is truly an ambassador of God. I love to hear his sermons on TV.

I have been an active, involved member of this church since 1985, serving in various leadership and teaching roles. This review is based on that experience.

It is a large congregation operating out of a converted Avon distribution warehouse that has been totally renovated into a beautiful facility.

The teaching is straight out of the Bible - both from the pulpit and in discipleship classes of various sizes. Programs and classes span from birth to senior citizens and cover all aspects of the Christian life.

The classes and small groups allow you to develop close personal relationships and friendships across all demographics. The congregation is extremely diverse and represents, as closely as is possible on earth, the variety and diversity found in heaven. Very few churches in America can say this.

I have experienced tremendous spiritual growth, as well as the opportunity to both minister to others and be ministered to by them, during my time here. I don't know if this is the place for you, but I recommend you check it out if you are searching for a biblically-based church home where you can be impacted by, and make an impact on, others - for all of eternity.

How do you not like Charles Stanley. The associate pastor is a comedian. Should be his main job. They spread the word to where all ages can understand & I truly appreciate it.

I would work on the parking people driving the carts. They stop for the women but if you are a couple they drive/ride right by you. Don't be a guy they go in the opposite direction. #Facts.

This is a great church to worship God. Where you can give GOD ALL THE PRAISE IN JESUS NAME!

I've not had one ocassion when visiting this place of worship, where the experience has been nothing but postive, inspirational and overflowing with knowledge. Pastor Stanley and Pastor George are faith filled teachers of the word. Come expecting to be taught God's word every single time.

If you need healing, prayer, anything this is the church to go to... I love this church so much

Dr. Stanley is simply amazing. However, I cant reach anyone at the church regarding an urgent situation. Perhaps I'm dialing the wrong number. I am so grateful to have found Charles Stanley sermons on YouTube! I can say that his teaching and encouragement on The Lords Word. Anytime of the day ir night I replay his sermons to lift me up, True Bible Teaching! God is Powerful Omnipotent Amen!!

Dr. Stanley preach from Holy scrip true, people are friendly, mixture of people with diverse backgrounds, etc.

Ok, I have listened to Charles Stanley on the radio and tv but coming in person was a real treat!! Ava loved Sunday School and I loved service! the worship service was a mixer of old and new school!! I would imagine heaven looks a lot like this church! A whole bunch of broken people coming to Jesus to tell others about his wonderful works. Blessed!

Went to the 9:00 am service. I have been searching for a church to attend in the Atlanta area. (Not to join...since I am maintaining my membership at my home church in Ala.) I have finally found the One! Although Dr. Stanley was not there that Sunday...the message was amazing and the members were very friendly. I loved it and will return!

FBA Atlanta is a very welcoming church, the choir is awesome. The Senior pastor Dr. Charles Stanley has a very good knowledge of the bible and his preaching is all bible based. They offer several Sunday school classes both for youth and adults. I will recommend this facility for anyone who would want to walk with God.

Where are the...true Gospel of Jesus Christ being preached!

Where the truth of God's word takes preeminence, and His presence reigns, that's an environment to cultivate!

CHARLES STANLEY does NOT preach every Sunday. Hopefully I saved some folks a trip. Definitely call first.

Anthony George has an excellent message as well, but can get too political at times. This is the time to be united, not divided.

I found the church quite clique especially the Sunday School groups and the Wed night dinners.

We were fortunate enough to see and hear Dr Charles Stanley, when we were visiting in Georgia. He returned from having been ill. He made a surprise return for one Sunday. It was a great sermon, a message we needed. We are from Connecticut, and my mother-in-law had a liver transplant at Emory Hospital. The donor was my brother in law. My in laws are from SC. The surgery went well, both are doing well.

I have been watching Dr Charles Stanley for the past 30 years on TV. I made a trip to Georgia from Florida to attend his service today. He speaks from the heart and teaches. I am so grateful for the truth he speaks, a true blessing from God. Thank you Dr. Stanley.

Dr. Charles Stanley is a great disciple of Jesus. He touches my heart and makes me believe in Jesus more every time.

Dr. Stanley has been a beloved regular visitor to my home in Mooresville IN for many years now via InTouch. I actually had a chance to visit this house of GOD a few times during a training in Atlanta. It was my equivalent of a Hajj... I hold Dr. Charles in such high esteem, I only wish we could find a local church we could love as much... unfortunately at most churches we have found, there is a rock group opening for the service, not our cup of tea. If you ever have a chance to visit this Church, GO! it's worth a long haul. Dr. Stanley has his own unique way of laying it out there so everyone gets it. His humor is well timed and I've never seen anyone even close to yawning. His Son is really Great as well! Unbelievably good for todays youth who've had the Heaven beat out of them by public schools (by removing GOD in 1963).
