Food was delicious. Service was fast and. pleasant
Excellent! Great show, great food, great service. The Legends of Country was amazing! Highly recommend this show is your get a chance. The cast is incredible! Very interactive with the audience and phenomenal performances!
We attended the Sunday Matinee and had the brunch style. Excellent food and lots of choices.
Always a good experience but the last time I was there we had a table that was seem to be added as there wasn't enough room and it was way in the back and by the bathroom I didn't like that. Go
We thoroughly enjoyed the Ball Brothers concert. Voices blended perfectly. Song choices were excellent, mixed with a bit of appropriate all ages humor. However, the buffet lunch, while plentiful, was average at best.
Great experience. Food is pretty meh, but the atmosphere and plays are great.
The food was excellent. The music and dancing were great.
Always a nice place to spend time with family. We visit once or twice a year and the food is good and the the shows are too!
Great SUNDAY FOR THIS TYPE OF PROGRAM. ALL KINDS OF MUSIC &THE STORIES WERE SO TRUE. HAVE ALWAYS ENJOYED ALL I HAVE BEEN TO.
The Fireside dinners and shows always surpasses my expectations. Tonight, with Elvis Lives, was no exception!
Never disappointed at Fireside, friendly efficient staff, amazing food and a band that makes me happy.
Not much you can do about a crowded venue but they handled all of the traffic well. In and out is a little confusing as it was my first time here. Saw A Christmas Story. Devine. Brilliant acting. And the food was amazing. Staff was a bit slow but all-in-all a wonderful experience. We will be back! I forgot to mention that the shops are a wonderful addition and I found some unique items. Always a plus!
Food was great, show was great, all around good experience. Buying a season pass for the next 5 shows!
Totally worth every penny! Amazing food! Wonderful service! Excellent shows! Highly recommend!
We loved it.....Food was fabulous..... Legends of Country we're Awesome just a WONDERFUL DAY
Always a nice time. The place is a little outdated. The food is always good. The buffet is good, although the food is not always hot served buffet style. The stage always seems to be the perfect size for whatever performance is happening. Not a bad seat in the house. Ticket prices are very reasonable! The shops are unique. Its def my favorite place to see a play or any type of performance there.
Extremely romantic and BEAUTIFUL. Delicious food! Drinks are amazing and the shows are always well done! One of the finest places to go on dates or just for fun. ^_^
The productions are always great as is the food. And everyone is polite, helpful and all with a smile.
We traveled to the Fireside Dinner Theater as a group from our church. A member of their staff met our bus. They made our experience fun and worry free. They led us to our seats carrying signs we all could see and follow. The meal was too-notch and the service prompt and professional. The entertainment was a blast and its quality high-caliber.
Outstanding performance ! Great experience! Worth the time to go!
What a great experience from dinner to the show. Throughly enjoyed our date night
The food was excellent. The Elvis show was outstanding. Keep up the good work. God bless all of you.
Outstanding productions, incredible dining. Visit shops for unique gifts. Visit the bakery to take home some the awesome bread served with your meal. Wait staff is incredible. Fireside never disappoints! You will be hooked after your first visit. Watch for the buy 3 get 1 free offers. (About an $80 value)
Good food and service. The show was unique and enjoyable. In whole, including dinner, plan for 4 to 5 hours.
Went here to see Annie some time ago. The dining area we were in smelled kind of musty until the coffee was brought in. The service was good. The food was pretty mediocre. The play itself was pretty good but the seats imo are horrible. They are the narrow old seats like in high school auditorium where you only have one armrest for two people. I also didnt care for having to listen to a sale pitch for season tickets before the play nor the insertion of religion into the preplay speech.
No matter where you sit in the theater you will have a good seat!!! I love this theater!!
Very nice dinner playhouse. Poor handicapped parking and access, spread out like a mall food court. Needs more restrooms. Average food quality, excellent service. Exceptional performances. GOOD value for the money. Great Web page for booking.
Great meal. Terrific show; very entertaining, very well done. Go if you have the chance!
Excellent Beef and Bird meal.A 3 course meal then Phantom of the Opera. Very well choreographed. Moving action, music and singing. Well worth the price & trip .
A wonderful experience... Fun shopping, scrumptious food, fantastic service, hilarious show...who could ask for more?
Fantastic food and great plays. It's a delight every time I go there
Phenomenal meal and a fantastic show, you can't beat the Fireside!
The brunch was excellent! Thoroughly enjoyed the Buddy Holly show. Very nice theater, with seating all around the stage. Lots of little stores selling knickknacks and Christmas stuff. They also have a nice little bakery. A fun day!
The food is usually pretty good as part of the dinner theater package. I always love the shows that I've seen. Recently attended My Fair Lady and the show was awesome.
Always a great time there. Food is great. The shows are incredible
Great food. Fabulous staff. The performance was outstanding.
I saw "A Christmas Story" The play was really good. I was glad I was in the edge of a row because we were packed in like sardines, but the play was so good I only noticed how packed we were during costume changes. The food was good but I was expecting great.
First time trying this place and it was amazing great food great service .
We saw Newsies at the Fireside. The show was very good, but my dinner was just ok. I cannot have sugar, milk products or vinegar. That doesn't mean I eat bland food, you just need to use other spices to create tasty dishes. They are not set up to do that. If you don't eat their meals as they are, the only seasonings they have are salt & pepper. They did cook my chicken and ribs perfectly, they were moist & not dried out.
Great option for southern Wisconsin. Quality performances.
A great dinner with an amazing theatre experience. Can't recommend it enough!
Unbelievable, food was great, the performance was awesome. The singing, the dancing, the acting, the costumes, this is a place you will not forget.
Have been going here for years
The food is outstanding and the
Live theater and performances are
first rate
My Fair Lady was exceptional. Absolutely wonderful. The singing, dancing, acting, costumes, ect. Must see.
Came for the Friday Fish Fry. It was out of this world delicious! The service and atmosphere were outstanding. We'll be back!
Fabulous. Could do better with getting people seated in the theater and out of the theater.
Computer picked "best seats" available. I was behind a pole and guardrail upstairs in a dusty smelling area. We sneezed for two days after going there and very itchy eyes. I could only see a quarter of the stage, if that. Couldn't hear about a third of the actors. Plenty of empty spots throughout all the areas. Main Food entree all tasted like salty bitter cabbage due to the wet pile of shredded salt-brined brussel sprouts on the plate .Poor service (bread basket came with the dessert) at dinner, we were pretty much forgotten by the staff and one person drink refill for a two hour dinner (show doesn't start until 730pm but they tell you to get there at 445pm). Over an hour drive for us. After complaining, they offered a show repeat without the dinner (thank God) but no thanks-We won't be going back. Very strange, unsettling decor and weird paint throughout the facility. Wasn't at ALL what we expected from a "Fireside"
or even a "Broadway" style atmosphere.
The best!.. They treat u sooo nice and the performances are great. Highly recommend if u want a great show with some fantastic food!!!
Great shows! Great food! Great gift shops. I have never been disappointed! I have been there several times!! Never anything else but enjoyable.
Menopause musical is a great show... you won't regret it
Saw "Miracle on 34th Street" with family and friends and absolutely loved It! Production quality was top-notch, food was delicious and service could not have been better.
Love, love. Love. We go to 3 - 6 shows a year. Only constructive feedback - change up the menu a little bit (feels quite repetitive).
This show is FANTASTIC. Great singers and songs with dancing. Steve Watts band makes the show OUTSTANDING!!
Fireside Theatre: A Midwest Entertainment Destination
The Fireside Dinner Theatre is a premier entertainment destination located in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin. It is one of the most popular dinner theatres in the Midwest and has been entertaining audiences for over 50 years. The theatre is known for its high-quality productions, delicious food, and exceptional service.
What sets Fireside Theatre apart from other dinner theatres is that it is the only Actor’s Equity dinner theatre in Wisconsin. This means that all of the actors are members of the Actors’ Equity Association, which represents professional stage actors and stage managers in the United States.
The theatre’s history dates back to 1964 when founder George D. Widener opened a small restaurant with a stage where local performers could showcase their talents. Over time, it evolved into a full-fledged dinner theatre with Broadway-style productions featuring professional actors from around the country.
Today, Fireside Theatre boasts an impressive lineup of shows throughout the year ranging from classic musicals like “The Sound of Music” to contemporary hits like “Mamma Mia!”. Each production features elaborate sets, costumes, and lighting design that transport audiences to another world.
But what really sets Fireside Theatre apart is its commitment to providing an exceptional dining experience alongside its top-notch entertainment offerings. The menu features classic American cuisine with options for vegetarians and those with dietary restrictions. Guests can choose from appetizers like shrimp cocktail or spinach artichoke dip before moving on to entrees such as prime rib or chicken cordon bleu. And no meal at Fireside would be complete without dessert – options include classics like cheesecake or chocolate cake as well as seasonal specialties like pumpkin pie during fall shows.
In addition to its regular productions, Fireside also offers special events throughout the year including holiday-themed shows during Christmas season and concerts featuring popular artists such as The Oak Ridge Boys or Kenny Rogers.
For those looking for a unique night out or special occasion celebration – whether it be a birthday party or anniversary – Fireside Theatre provides an unforgettable experience that combines great food with world-class entertainment all under one roof.
